Dr. Kevin Joseph Foley, MD

We've been taking our 4 children to Dr. Foley for the last 9 years, have recommended him to everyone we know who moves to the area, and have generally loved our experience at this office. Last summer our son needed a physical to go to summer camp and Foley's office had no openings so we took him to a walk-in clinic. The clinic incorrectly coded it as a well-visit so when we took him to Foley for his yearly well-visit a month later, the insurance company bounced it back. Foley's office DID send several bills to us, but I thought there was a delay in the insurance payment from Aetna. When I received a warning from Foley's office that they would send the bill to collections, I called to figure out what was going on and discovered the mistake from the clinic and spent approximately 4 hours over 2 days calling the clinic and the insurance company to get it straightened out. Clinic said they coded wrong, and would resubmit to insurance. Insurance said it was fine and they would pay Foley once the clinic resubmitted. I called Foley's office to tell them all of this and assumed the matter was taken care of. Fast forward 4 months and I call to schedule yearly physicals for all 4 of my children (as I have done every summer) and I'm informed by the office manager that we've been "discharged from the practice and are unable to return" I'm completely floored. I asked to speak to Dr. Foley or have him call me back and was informed that he made the decision. 9 years of regular visits to this doctor and one $90 coding mistake from some random clinic in Georgia sends our family packing. So beware: the longevity of your family's loyalty and patronage of Dr. Foley's office will mean nothing if you fail to efficiently navigate the healthcare system effectively enough or as a busy mom of 4 kids let something slip through the cracks.

Best Dr my child has ever had. Would highly recommend him to any parent looking for an experienced, no-nonsense,highly skilled physician.

awsome pediatrician

Dr Foley has been my son's pediatrician since 1998 when we moved here from Las Vegas, NV. My son is special needs and he was given the best of care. Whatever Craig needed, Dr. Foley made certain it was appropriate and provided. He helped to make our lives much richer for his level of care and attention to our son.

Dr. Foley has been my 13 year old daughter's pediatrician since she was a week old. I have a 7 year old as well. After 13 years, I can honestly say I have no negative comments. I never feel rushed during a visit and Dr. Foley always takes the time to explain things thoroughly. He genuinely cares about his patients and tends to be very down-to earth. We found out recently he will be leaving his practice and I believe it will be difficult to find another pediatrician that lives up to the standards we received with Dr. Foley. He will be truly missed!

We have been seeing Dr. Foley since Oct of 2002 after the birth of our first child. He is an awesome Doctor! He takes time to talk to us during our visits and our kids love him!

Dr. Foley has been taking care of our little girl since infancy, and we cannot ask for more caring doctor. He attends to all of our concerns with professionalism and very attentive manners (never a rush). All his advices always based on our little girl's best interests thru a thorough analysis. We hope he never moves away from this area or otherwise we'll be extremely devastated.
