Dr. Khawaja Azimuddin, MD

Dr Azimuddin is really great doctor. Previously I was treated by one of the best rectal surgeons in Houston for three years but he couldn't solve my issue and I was suffering and had 2 surgeries. Dr Azimuddin told me what is a problem and solution at first appointment. Best and only solution was surgery. Surgery was in 2 stages, with one month between stages. Very smooth and painless. In and out in 20 minutes. Didn't take any pain medicines at all. Today I am fully recovered and very grateful that I met Dr Azimuddin. As I always say doctor can be a good doctor only if he is a good person.

He was not just very thorough at explaining the entire procedure, he listened to my concerns for my 80 year mother's recovery concerns. Unfortunately my husband and I, both had suffered from colon related problem. But we are lucky enough that we got to know about Dr.Azimuddin. He treated my husband in a very professional way with a personal touch. Recently had Hemorrhoid surgery, which was performed by Dr. Azimuddin. All I have to say is, great doctor and surgeon. Discussed in detail my options and what to expect. Was very understanding to my concerns and explained why the surgery was necessary. Recovery wasn’t as bad as I had expected. I was back to work in about ten days, but still getting better as each day passes, which full recovery is six to eight weeks. My life is so much better.
