I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis by Dr.Garges/practice on my first visit ,We discussed at length and it was decided that a spinal fusion would be the solution to stop my pain.

Dr. Garges performed my L5-S1 fusion in January 2024. Prior to that, I spent 3 yrs in pain trying everything available to improve my condition. Multiple surgeons had reviewed my MRI and turned me away without even an assessment. I am grateful to Dr. Garges for recognizing the problem, performing a thorough exam and diagnostics, and ultimately restoring my health with his excellent surgical skills. It is obvious to me that Dr. Garges enjoys making people feel better.

Results TBD Dr. Garges was Excellent. He saw me without an appointment. Ordered and read multiple X-rays, and arranged same-day MRI, very expeditious and thorough.

Dr. Garges's approach to providing complete care for your spinal problems is ironclad. It reaches beyond his own excellent diagnostic and surgical skills to include equally impressive pain management professionals and top-notch therapists. My recovery has been surprisingly quick with very little pain. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kim Garges has been my doctor since 2010. I went to him for my lower back and he was very honest and trustworthy about what was going on with my back. He did make me aware at that time that I did have deterioration going on in my neck and eventually, I would need a fusion done sometime in the future. In the beginning of 2023. I started having lots of pain in my neck, shoulders, and arms. Dr. Garges ordered scans and was diagnosed with 4 degenerative discs. I hesitated about the surgery but went forth with it and I am glad I did, I am in the process of physical therapy at this point and feel comfortable with myself. For the future, I still need a lower back fusion and I would trust no one else but Dr. Garges to do my surgery. Best DoctorEver!

Dr. Garges explained everything to me in detail and asked me if I had any questions and if I did he explained them to me, his staff was awesome. And the nurses at the hospital after my procedure was done were amazing.

You could search the whole world over and never find a more competent Doctor. Dr. Gargis is very thorough and will diagnose your situation almost immediately but will confirm with testing to show you exactly where the problems are before he recommends a treatment plan, which is not an automatic surgery if he doesn't feel it is necessary. He is very honest, to the point and very informative regarding your condition. He will make sure that all of your questions have been answered and you are fully aware of his treatment plan when you leave his office. He is all business and very honest. If that is not what you are looking for in a Doctor, then you are going to the wrong place. His treatment and follow up is top notch. I could not hardly walk when I first met Dr. Gargis. He has done two surgeries (neck & back). My results after these two surgeries were miraculous to me. Both surgeries were performed at different hospitals (Methodist & Clear Lake Regional). In both facilities it is very apparent that Dr. Gargis is extremely respected by his surgical peers. He does not play around with your condition and his results for me were impeccable. Josie, is Dr. Gargis' Medical Assistant & Office Manager. Josie plays a huge role in the speedy preparation & scheduling of your surgery and/or treatments & testing. Josie is extremely attentive to the patient needs and their wellbeing and she goes out of her way to help you wherever she can. They work in great unison together and make an awesome team which will have you leaving their office very pleased overall. I just cannot praise this Doctor and his "right hand" Josie enough!!! You will not be disappointed in making an appointment here if you are looking for honesty, results and quick action on their part to get you back to a better you.

My surgery went very well. Dr. Garges and all of his employees were the best. Always ready to help, particularly when they know you are in pain. I would highly recommend them.
