Back surgery 17 days ago.....was unable to stand up straight for 4 months continuously... ...intermittently for 8 months.....I’ve been an RN X 36 years!!!! And here I am standing perfectly with minimal discomfort after 18 days !!! God Bless him in helping others like he helped me!!!!

Refused to treat or give me a medical diagnosis after CBJD of Brooksville Fla set up an appointment with him..He would not give me a valid reason why. Ummm Doctor cover up at it's best. Definitely a real peace of. GFOD.

Dr. Ilalov was the doctor I chose for my second opinion. Thank goodness I ended up choosing him for my surgery. I had extensive spine problems. Surgery lasted 10.5 hours! I am now completely pain free. Prior to surgery I couldn't walk with tears. He is a gifted surgeon. He gave me my life back.

The bad reviews all started on May 28, 2015 with a single review with text - and they continue without any further associated text. It appears they are all from the same disgruntled patient. That's what it looks like to me. It's sad to see the review site abused in this way.

I had a lower lumbar fusion. I was doing great until my foot and leg went numb. Called and got in right away. Saw dr who found another issue I was having not even related to his surgery. Told the staff I needed to see another surgeon stat and they set the appointment with the other dr right there for me. Very grateful for him and the staff!

Had lumbar laminectomy L-1 through L-5 two weeks ago today performed by Dr. Ilalov. Incredible experience. Minimal pain and discomfort. Best spinal surgeon in the Tampa Bay area. Don't be fooled by those advertisements on TV claiming to only need a tiny incision and no recovery time. Don't waste your money. Dr. Ilalov is highly skilled and trained. The office staff at Center For Bone & Joint Disease make all arrangements for surgery and follow up and go out of their way to be of assistance whenever possible. Bayonet Point Medical Center was also amazing in their care and attention to your comfort. I am so thankful that I will finally be able to enjoy my life without the pain and disability of spinal stenosis and sciatic nerve impingement.

Disc bulging per 2 MRIS' in the 2 1/2 months that this man has treated me. He has done absolutely nothing about the problem. Still have a compressed fracture and disc bulging. I would never recommend him to anyone. He spends less than 5 min with you and tells you nothing. To this date his said there is nothing wrong with my back. But the MRI show different. Use at your own risk

' Wonderful young doctor. Dr. Ilalov perform surgery on my husband's lower spine. He has been relieved of all of the pain he was suffering and he now sleeps restfully through the night. Thanks Dr. Ilalov.
