Dr. Kristos Nektarios Vaughan, DO

In my first well visit as a new patient the doctor refused to discuss any of my health concerns because it wasn’t covered by the well visit I was I was there for. In my latest interaction I ask the office to consider giving me a monthly shot I’m required to receive for asthma. They refused this request causing me to drive 10 hours to Ohio to receive the shot.

Dr. Vaughn is such a compassionate Doctor and human being! Not to mention how very intelligent he is! He is kind, always on time and never rushes you. It is an honor to be a patient of such a wonderful empathetic physician!

Dr. Vaughan not only listens to his patient but he hears what you are saying and is not only willing to discuss issues and potential solutions, but has the knowledge to do so. He is the first doctor I have been to in 60 + years that was willing to say let me go over all of these test results in detail and we will meet again on the next business day. He wanted to be sure he had a comprehensive knowledge of all prior testing. I feel that he truly cares about his patients. Southport is so lucky to have a primary care physician of his skill.
