Would give less than 1 star if I could.

I was initially pleased with the doctor and office staff until the bill arrived. I had called ahead before making my initial appointment to verify that they accepted my insurance and were part of my network. The office staff called me back and stated they had verified this and they were an in-network provider. Four visits and 2 months later I received an unexpected bill in the mail. .Surprise, I was being charged out-of-network. I called the office and they accepted no responsibility and simply claimed its your responsibility to pay and it will be going to collections if you don't. I asked if the doctor had been informed of this and they said yes she had and reiterated I was responsible for the misinformation they had passed on to me. Very unprofessional. The lack of accountability and lack of empathy was shocking to say the least. Save yourself a surprise and find another doctor/office

I can honestly say that I have never left a bad review for anything but this one is needed. I had a 9:00 am appointment with Dr Laura Bonds and would not be seen because I arrived at 8:45 am. I was told that I would have to reschedule because I wasn’t there at 8:30 am. Per the reminder email I received from them, it stated that I needed to be there 15 minutes early with paperwork filled out. I was then told by the office manager that the Dr said she will not see me. I told her my previous history of stroke and that I was having vision issues like I had in the past and was told by the office manager that I needed to see an eye doctor. She then told me the doctor couldn’t help me without my previous records which I was not told to bring to the appointment. I told the person that made my appt about my past and was not told those records would be needed. All they cared about was that I wasn’t there at 8:30 am. After showing her the email that states, 15 minutes early with paperwork filled out, she said she would look into that. Dr Bonds obviously didn’t want to hear my story and help me and that is what was so disappointing.

The staff is excellent and goes out of your way to help you. Dr. Bonds is also excellent and very thorough!

I was referred to " Dr. " Bonds by another specialist. When I stopped by the office to make an appointment, I was asked to fill out new patient paperwork before a date was even on the books, all the while they were reviewing notes from the referring and other doctors. " Dr. " Bonds already had a diagnosis without seeing me, even though I advised the front office staff that another specialist who works in the area of her diagnosis noted this was not the case. I was told in a very rude manner that her decision was final and that a first time appointment would not be made. Considering other similar one star reviews, it's best that an appointment was not made as it would have been a waste of money, and a further wast of time.

I made an appointment and went to Dr. Bonds office. She already had her mind made up before she even walked into my room. She has no bedside mannerism and thinks she knows everything (which she doesn't). I had a stroke recently and she didn't even do an exam or test(s) on me. I asked her to fill out my disability and work paperwork and she wouldn't. There was a cyst on my left hand from the medicine and I asked her to look at it. She did nothing. She told me I'm blaming everything on the stroke and to stop it. I told her I'm getting a second opinion and she got mad and escorted me to the front. I had to ask the receptionist for both doctors. I saw my regular PCP and he gave me a letter for work, x-rayed the cyst on my hand, referred me to Pulmonologist, and filled out my disability paperwork. I'm never going back to Dr. Bonds again. I canceled all future appointments I had with her. SHE SUCKS!!!!

I visited Dr. Bonds for migraines. Trigger point injections were recommended. Prior to the appointment, I asked Sonya to verify payment because I would not have injections done if it was going to be expensive. She reassured me that it typically is not and she has them done often. In the discussion I "suggested" that I typically only pay 20%. Sonya verified that she "did see that". I made payment in office then ended up receiving a bill for 45 more dollars. Called billing, then spoke to Sonya, then Jessica called me back and said "I remember that day and you told Sonya that you only pay 20%". Yes and No. I absolutely suggested that was my typical agreement with BCBS but it is unethical for a doctors office to not verify insurance rates during patient visit. Tried to help by suggesting what my insurance covers and stuck my foot right in my mouth and of course, Jessica tried to use it against me. Stupidly, I put too much trust in Dr. Bonds office to not steer me wrong. In the conversation with Jessica, she also brought up that in your new client paperwork, you sign a form that states that you as the patient are responsible for verifying what your insurance covers per visit. Again, my fault for trusting a doctors office to actually do their job and work for the thousands of dollars you put into it. Point of review is to inform patients to look very closely at what you are signing. Do not trust this office to have your best interest at heart. If you insist on seeing Dr. Bonds, make sure you do the offices job for them and verify exactly what your payment will be. That also includes getting the "codes" from them that they bill your insurance so you know the EXACT amount. But who's to say they do not decide to code it differently in the middle of your appointment. Lesson learned. Trusting your doctor is one thing, trusting their office is even bigger. Lets just pull things out of our butts and have the patient sign their life away (or we won't see them) so we are not responsible for anything that goes wrong. Also, reviews about the ton of unnecessary paperwork, long waiting periods to get in, being told to show up 30 minutes early or forfeit appointment and odd diagnosis' of only to be told migraines are just genetic (yet, NO ONE in my family has them), are all spot on. Will not be back.

I have been waiting for an appointment for weeks. I showed up 20 mins. Early and bc the paperwork i filled up was incorrect i was refused service. Never have i ever been made to feel insignificant in all my life. People go to doctors offices bc they have problems and you turn them away? Will never go back.

I've had some strange neurological symptoms for a while and it was nice to have my symptoms taken seriously. We were able to find a great treatment option for me and she was very thorough in ensuring nothing more serious was going on. Her front office staff is wonderful too.

Seen so many Doctors & Neurologists and finally seeing Dr.Laura Bond listens and nows what she doing . I’m excited!!
