She is a true expert in her field, but what sets Dr. L aside from many doctors is her professionalism and personable demeanor that makes me feel extremely comfortable when expressing my concerns or interests. From Botox to Filler and beyond, I’m always excited to come to the office and every time I leave there I feel more confident than when I came. Sweetest doctor there is she always take her time with me and never pressures me to do more. The follow up care is amazing and they always check in to see how I am doing even way after the fact. The care is exceptional.

I have gone to Dr Rabach's office twice, once for a non-surgical nose lift and for a consultation for a lip lift. Both times she was very gracious and answered all my questions (I usually have a ton.) I'm also afraid of needles but she was patient and even gave me a squeeze toy just in case I needed it. I loved the results and I can't even remember if I felt any pain, it was such a breeze! I recently went in to discuss a lip lift, again I felt completely comfortable and at ease. I plan on having the surgery soon!

Dr Morgan is the best dermatologist in NYC! Her team is also knowledgeable, friendly and I could not recommend LM Medical anymore! Simply the best!

If I could recommend Dr. Lesley to everyone needing a facial plastic surgeon - I would. I've seen Dr. L for numerous procedures and visits and leave the office feeling to confident every time. Not to mention the office staff in general makes your visits both warm, welcoming and exciting. Dr. L is truly sincere in taking the time to understand your needs and setting expectations accordingly to ensure you leave the office beyond satisfied and happy with your results. I am the type of person that asks a million questions, and every time she provides well-thought out, honest answers and insight to ensure I'm comfortable with the procedure before moving forward. Her professionalism and the fact that she is a perfectionist (which I SO appreciate) makes you feel extremely comfortable knowing you're in the hands with a true expert in her field.

Dr. Lesley is an extremely knowledgable and gifted practitioner in plastic surgery. She performed a blepharoplasty on both my upper eyelids and the process and the results are fantastic. The procedure was done in her office and it was exactly as she described. The entire process from the initial consultation, friendly and helpful staff to the surgery, as well as the follow up, was best in class. As a sixty-year-old male, the procedure gave me a more youthful look. Dr. Lesley’s careful and meticulous approach resulted in a very satisfied patient. 

Time and time again she always amazes me. Her and her sister really take the time to get to know me and my needs. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait but they always make it worth it. I feel like I leave knowing more than I came to ask and inquire which is what I want having a cosmetic appointment since it is out of pocket!

Dr. Lesley is a perfectionist, extremely kind, patient, and excellent at what she does. She is particularly awesome with anything eyes. I trust her judgement wholeheartedly and she is patient with questions and concerns. She makes you feel like she's listening and wants to help you accomplish exactly what you're hoping for - she's also honest and straightforward. I wouldn't use anyone else but Dr. Lesley and her sister Dr. Morgan.

Dr. Lesley was absolutely wonderful and the staff had me laughing and comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The results are subtle yet incredible and exactly what I wanted--even though I wasn't even sure what I needed done when I came in!! Dr. Lesley just took a look at my face and just knew. She's amazing. Highly recommend.

Dr Lesley treated my under eye concerns with Restylane to fill out the hollows and diminish my dark circles and shadows. Within 3 minutes I look like I slept the best sleep of my life and was picture perfect. AMAZING technique.
