Dr. Liana F Hategan, MD

After completing TMS treatment at this office with another provider (whom was professional and polite) I decided to see Dr. Hategan for my medication management. During my appointment she made unprofessional and rude comments regarding my child and then spent the majority of the appointment talking about herself and telling me details of another patient whom she has treated for several years. After having severe side effects and withdrawal symptoms from medication changes she made I left multiple messages at the office and have not heard back from her. I do not trust that this woman has her patients best interest at heart.

I was lied to about submitting my insurance for pre-approval......her office never did submit it and I was stuck with the bill.

I've had Dr. Hategan for a couple years now, she always notices what's wrong and makes it a point to address it. I genuinely feel like she always cares and is always willing to talk through any of my concerns.

Horrible doc. Where did she get her credentials? The back of a cereal box? Seriously, this crazy and insecure lady has no business practicing anything with health as she is addicted to cigarettes and God only knows what else. No eye contact-no empathy. Very insecure about the poor country she grew up in. She's rude and unprofessional. if she gives you flack, report her directly to the medial board because she seems to think she is above the law.

She smokes while working and is extremely unprofessional by American terms. A foreigner who feels inadequate because of her alma mater and vulgar culture. Rude, condescending and NO empathy!

Dr. Hategan is the best doctor in the whole sea! She is the only doctor I have ever liked in my whole career of being a sick person. I have been to many-a doctor and they were nothing in comparison to Dr. Hategan! She is the smartest person in the land and she always has all the answers! HI!

I am being seen by Dr Hategan for treatment and have been extremely satisfied with the process and results. She is very professional and accessible, and always takes the time to listen and understand.

I really enjoyed seeing this doctor, it was like a breath of fresh air for me. She has good sense of humor and she understands even the things unsaid. Quite impressed after the first visit.

I would absolutely recommend both my family & friends to Dr. Hategan. She is a Very compassionate, caring person! She always listens to me so well, & helps me to work thru my problems. I totally trust Dr. Hategan to take good care of me. I don't know where I would be without her!! After my sessions I almost always feel more relaxed, & better!! She has a way of calming me down. I feel lucky that I found such a Great Psychiatrist!!

In my opinion Dr. Hategan is a fantastic Psychiatrist !! She really cares about her patients, & listens to what I am saying, & then helps me to see different options for different problems! I have been to many psychiatrists, & none of the others even compare to Dr. Hategan. She also has a way to make me feel better about myself!! I thank God for helping me to find such a Great Doctor! I have recommended her to friends, because she is so good!

Dr. Hategan is a professional, caring, and highly trained Forensic Psychiatrist who has been there from the beginning of my treatment.Her ability to make me feel safe when we meet makes it easier to address issues that are difficult to face and talk about. She helps me to reflect and fine coping skills to help me get through tough days. I owe my life to her and I am relieved to know she will continue be there for me.
