Dr. Lilia Margarita Pacini, MD

I was induced on a Monday. I was in labor for three days. I was in so much pain for three days. I was begging for a c-section. They finally did one. She never examined me prior to leaving the hospital. I ended up with an infection. It was extremely traumatizing. I actually had to have my general doctor take out my staples.

Very rude and unprofessional. I was formally denied future service, apparently due to the fact that I questioned why I needed surgery and asked for time to make a decision. I never met Dr Pacini, and was blindsided with a recommendation for a D&C. When I refused to commit right away, she became agitated and tried to scare me into agreement. What happened to having the right to make my own medical decisions, and being given enough information to make an educated choice? Don't expect that here.

This office use to be great when they first started accepting my insurance. I had a great dr who is no longer there. Office staff has switched too since then. Last 2 visits noticed change for the worse. Cheat clients out of a 72 hr reminder so they can collect a fee of $30 for scam practice. Their reminder of visit to you is less than 48 hrs and automated after closing so that you are forced to be charged. Most offices call you personally during the DAY, 72 hrs in advance out of courtesy to help you avoid any office fees. Your ethics are underhanded and you just lost a client after the last 3 visits I've had with your office. Front desk and phone staff are rude!

I took my wife to this doctor because my wife is pregnant she establish pregnancy through birth choice. Since since my wife is been established being pregnant by birth choice we are no longer needed to pay a co-pay of $40 this office demanded that we pay or she cannot see the doctor. My wife and I decided to give the office a second chance knowing that the staff do not know what they're doing. We came to her appointment for ultrasound and per our insurance company Kaiser we have a co-pay of $10. We did not know we had a co-pay and no one ever called us from our office. We did call Kaiser the day before we went to this appointment and the advises that there's no co-pay for any ultrasound or seen the doctor if it's in-house office visit if the ultrasound is done in a laboratory like blood work and there's a $10 co-pay.As my wife signed into see the doctor for the ultrasound the lady at the front desk says there's a $10 co-pay my wife or twice and that she did not have a co-pay per her insurance. The staff members at the front desk up very rude and my wife started getting upset. First of all you're making my wife upset knowing that she's pregnant and getting her stress could cause a miscarriage. The doctor came to the lobby to speak to my wife it was very rude to my wife my wife started crying again. So I got involved I have buys the doctor but the staff for being rude and he should just call the insurance company to verify about our co-pay because we do not understand why the insurance tells us one thing and you guys tell us another thing. She got very rude with me and walked away. So I decided to pay the $10 co-pay then the staff decide to say wait a minute now you have to pay for the delivery of the child and I will be $175 I did not authorize $175 on my credit card I was only there today to see the ultrasound with my wife and the co-pay is $10 the demand of the $175 or they will not see her. Finally my wife went back and we called her and she wanted to the office and the doctor came in to do the ultrasound the doctor asked some questions not unlocked to the ultrasound turn on the lights instead of talking about the baby or the pregnancy she had to give us information or how her staff are very polite to their patients but she does not understand why we were rude. When the doctor told me that my wife and I both like at each other and we decided to tell the doctor that we're knocking to be using your services will be looking for a new doctor so please forward all records when requested. The doctor got very rude picked up the paperwork walked out of the office and slammed the door in our faces. I went to the front receptionist and asked for a refund since we're knocking to be using their services and have them deliver our child because the office is considered unsafe and out of Safehaven the doctor was very rude to us and we don't think we should've been treated that way when we would do not understand why the insurance tells us that we don't have a co-pay but they're demanding money and set of just calling the insurance company with us there to verify so we can understand. My advice is not to do any business with the doctors office or any of the staff there very rude all they care about is getting money for their office and she either patients with disrespect. The only go by what's on the websites of insurance companies but will not call and when you asked for a manager they say you have to call the manager and I'll call you back so that just tells you one thing that they don't really care about their patients.

Horrible experience. Basically seen by nurse practitioners who think they're doctors, only see the doctor for the delivery. And I had to do my own GBS test. Who does that????

I recently had the WORST experience ever! I was recently pregnant, and at my first "appointment", which was basically a meet and greet I advised the nurse that I had been spotting. They ordered blood tests the same day as well as 48 hrs later. After the last test which was on a Wednesday, I did not receive a call about my results. Being that they didn't call I assumed all was well.

Get rid of Dr. Agarwal if you want to stay in business is my advice. Dr. Pacini seems to be a good doctor. Also like Sehwani, but Agarwal has got to go.

I was a patient at the advance women's health when I was pregnant with my baby I actually was seeing dr. Joleen f. But the day I went into labor it was dr. Pacini who came and I couldn't be happier she was nice and had a good sense of humor but most important was all the time she spend cleaning and stitching me back to normal she did an awesome job and took care of my baby too so I'm going back for my second one.

I don't even know what to say about her but just want to talk my talk my experience . I was pregnant and I had a miscarriage and never saw her. I went to emergency room on sat night, and they sent me home and they told me to call my doctor on monday so they can see me I called and I told them what happen and they told me to wait until the date of my apoiment, so I went on thursday her assistant did me an ultrasound and she told me everything look good that everything came out... I wait 3 weeks for my first apoiment

Dr. Pacini and other docs at Women Health Center were very good and caring.

i waited over an hour to see this "doctor" when she finally saw me she was rude, insisting i was harming my baby by opting out of a test and refused to allow my husband to hold our baby after birth. the next day she dropped me. I found a new doctor and got the test done because this doctor (Pallavi Danforth) was kind and said the test was my choice. Pacini needs to learn some bedside manners among other things

My wife is the patient, however I went to her pre-surgery appointment. Dr. Picini was very pleasant and had a great sense of humor. Dr. Picini took the time to explain the surgery to my wife. After the surgery Dr.Picini came to the waiting room to let me know that everything went well, provided me photo's and used them to explain the procedure to me. I think she is a great doctor!

I'm a fairly new patient of Dr. Pacini's but found her to be very warm and unlike many doctors, took the time to listen. I've been suffering for years with horrible periods that made a week every month hard to live through. After two years of trying to find a doctor that listened, I was referred to her. The first appointment was magical. She listened and then she gave me 5 different options for treatment, from pills to hysterectomy. I choose something in the middle. The next time I went I saw someone else in the office who was just as warm, kind and open. While I'm not looking forward to the procedures I have coming up, I am very confident that I've found a doctor that I can trust.

Dr.Pacini has been my Dr. for the past 4 years, she deliver my first child and now is deliver my second one. I wouldn't change them for any other.one thing that i like from that office is that I'm never there for more then an hour like most of my friends comment that that's a minimum in their Dr. visits. My first child was deliver by Pacini but my second wasn't, she was delivered by her partner which I got to meet and she knew the update's of my pregnancy. one other thing they do tell you that they don't know who will be the dr. on call for when you deliver so that's why every time you see a different dr. plus they do have a total of 3 office they have to be at and the hospital too. i rather have a nurse see me then for the dr. to tell oh sorry i have to go because my shift is over like many other Drs.

My first appointment with Dr. Pacini was last year. I found her mean and brusque. I was not happy with the way I was treated, either as a patient or a person. I have had an awful menopause with severe symptoms (45 intense hot flashes a day) and have been doing HRT. The (very young) Dr. Pacini was contemptuous of that choice and didn't seem to understand that the hrt was necessary and not a lifestyle choice. I thought it was just a bad day for her. I went back today, a year later for this year's exam and it was even worse. This office is first and foremost about the Almighty $$$. They encourage you to pay cash by not accepting checks. For all ATM and Credit Card transactions, there is an extra charge. A businessman friend of mine tells me that they might be leaning heavily on patients to pay cash because they are underreporting their income. Seems entirely possible. They then tried to strong arm me into paying, in advance and in cash for a necessary test using scare tactics telling me "if your insurance company won't pay for this test, we will end up charging you five times this much." I left without doing the necessary exam and demanding my co-pay (and the extra charge for my atm transaction) be refunded. I will go somewhere else. AVOID this horrible place these people are not interested in healing, they are just interested in nickel and diming you to death.

I really like Dr. Pacini. She may seem a little rough around the edges but as you get to know her she's very caring. I think its her personality to move quickly. However, if you need your questions answered she will spend time with you. I always went in with questions written down. To get an appt. here be smart... ask the front desk the best time to schedule... they know when they get backed up (i.e. 4:00 appts... YIKES... they are backed up from the afternoon. Try early morning or right after there lunch!

I went to Dr. Pacini because I wanted a female doctor. I thought she would be more compassionate & understanding. I was never more wrong! She has the worst bedside manner I've ever seen, and that's only if I actually see her. I always make appointment with her and see a nurse practioner. She missed my delivery and said the baby came too fast!?? I was laboring for 2 days -- how is that too fast. Worst doctor ever!!!
