Excellent service!!!

I wish I could give it a ZERO stars. My wife when there for a mammogram and a pap smear. Her insurance doesn't cover physical exams and Dr. Lisa Felsman knew this. She had cervical polyps in the past and should have been coded as an existing condition, which would be covered under her insurance. Instead, Lisa put it in as a physical. She called her and was told they can't fix it. Then she called back and said she would fix it once we got the bill. After we got the bill, we called back and was told she wouldn't fix it. She NEVER asked for a physical, just a mammogram and a pap smear. The insurance would have covered the pap smear, if she had coded it right. I will be turning them into the BBB after I finish this review. Stay away from Lisa Felsman and the Beason Medical Group Bristol!
