Dr. Lisa Lynn Miller, MD

I chose Lisa Miller based on her good reviews. My experience was very different and very disappointing as I had waited months to see her. She is your typical doctor who doesn't seem to care. She has seemingly no compassion, wants to rush you out the door, wants to treat symptoms instead of finding the root cause of the problem, brushes off concerns instead of testing to be sure, isn't aware of modern problems and current testing, and looks for low-hanging fruit to prescribe meds rather than analyzing the collection of one's symptoms to come up with an accurate diagnosis based on the whole picture. I've had to go to the ER and urgent care several times since seeing her due to difficulty breathing and swallowing. We're still trying to figure out what is wrong, but the doctors I'm seeing now are at least trying.

Dr. Miller not only gives sound advice and specific instructions, she listens. A doctor who really listens to what patients are saying is not the norm today. A friend referred her to me, and I am forever grateful.

Physical- very good visit, did not feel rushed, got all my questions answered, initial wait for check-in at front desk was longer 10 min or more line out door, ladies kept asking for help due to some new student program (Guilford College students?) Visit was great after that, Susan and Dr. Miller are 5 stars

I have always had a great experience at Eagle Physicians at Guilford College. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I really like seeing Dr. Miller. She always listens to what your saying and will really spend time with you to make sire your getting the best care.

It was great. Dr. Miller is easy to talk to about my issues. She listens to what you have to say and doesn't try to rush through your appointment.

I had an annual physical. Dr. Miller is caring and thorough. I highly recommend her.

Annual physical was thorough and questions answered. Encouraged to get flu shot instead of waiting & reviewed other immunizations. Review of bloodwork and discussion of medications and recommendations were helpful.

Dr. Miller has been my Doctor and my daughter's Doctor for 9 years. She always been great and we highly recommend her to others.

My appointment was for my Welcome to Medicare physical. Everything about it was good. I was seen quickly, the nurse was very professional, friendly and purposeful. Dr. Miller was kind and covered all bases. When I left, I felt that I had been seen and heard.

Dr. Miller and Susan are Fantastic- I love being able to communicate via e mail for drugs, appts, and just simple questions- your entire staff does a great job and would not consider going any where else for my medical needs- Great JOB!!

The overall experience was excellent...the flow went exceptionally well, organized, professional, friendly, and all concerns and questions were addressed with empathy and efficiency. Also my follow up appointments and referrals were handled in a most timely fashion by the doctor/staff. I was appropriately advised how to prepare for the visit and to arrive so that my appointment could proceed with minimal wait. Thank you!

Patient portal is easy to use and is extremely easy to schedule an appointment . Dr. Miller has been my primary physician for many years and is always a great listener and I never feel rushed.

My doctor & nurse are always a delight. Who wants to get the women's physical? But I know that they'll make it as good as possible and take the time to listen and answer any questions--always providing feedback for my concerns or a next step of treatment. I frequently recommend them as well as the Eagle practice. Thankful for caring professionals.

I was met on time and Dr. Miller spent a good amount of time with me.I am a little confused by no PSA blood test.The young lady that did my blood work was spot on.I always feel as though Eagle does a good job of helping my family with our health care needs.

I had a Medicare physical, blood test and my second shot for pneumonia. The office visit went very well and was done quite fast. I arrived a few minutes early and did not have to wait at all. It was also nice that Dr. Lisa Miller asked how my wife Nancy was doing since she also has Dr. Miller as a primary doctor.

MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR THE 6 MONTHS MEDICINE CHECKUP. I WENT AWAY FEELING THAT DR. MILLER WAS NOT HAPPY THAT I HAD LOST 3LBS SINCE MY LAST VISIT SINCE I KNOW I NEED TO GAIN WEIGHT. I FELT THAT HAPPENED BECAUSE GLUCOSE WAS UP AND I STOPPED DRINKING BOOST BECAUSE OF ITS SUGAR CONTENT. I HAVE SINCE BEEN TO TALK WITH A DIETITIAN TO SEE IF SHE COULD GIVE ME POINTERS WITH MY FOOD. A WEEK AFTER I STILL AM SAME WEIGHT. I APPRECIATE DR MILLER AND HER CONCERNS FOR MY HEALTH.

Good visit. Straightforward , efficient, little waiting in either lobby or patient room. That has not always been the case but very good timeliness on my visit
