Worst provider, incompetent and unprofessional. Gave my mom the wrong diagnosis

She has been there for me when no one else was! I always enjoy seeing her!

I guess I’m old school regarding doctors, but whatever happened to the concept if you have something that needs to be addressed by YOUR doctor, that you call and they see you that day or soon thereafter.. every time I’ve had to be seen by Dr. Wright for something other than a physical or well visit, I always get the response that she is booked for weeks. Then they suggest I go to a walk-in doc in the box... I don’t want to go somewhere they don’t know anything about me to be treated, that’s the reason I have a personal primary care doc.. this type of treatment certainly doesn’t bode well for continuity of care.. I’ve been going to Dr Wright for a few years, but I definitely will be finding a doctor who actually sees their patients when they need to be seen.

Dr Wright went above what a specialist at a university center did for our family. We were told he had very little chance of living and then Dr Wright got us to a specialist who has treated him and saved his life! Thank you Dr Wright for directing us to where we needed treatment!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Wright for the last 3 years and couldn’t be more pleased with our care! Her staff is amazing and the front desk lady Sara is so nice!

Aside from being incompetent, a friend of mine told me that dr Wright used to sleep with the Family Medicine Cheif resident when working both at one of the hospitals.. He was much younger than her ! Fake Christian

Not Trustworthy, I truely regert seeing her, very rude, I had a rash but I guess she did not know what it is.. She prescribed me an ointment that my insurance did not cover but also was the wrong medication..I will NEVER EVER go to see that doctor

I have heard this doctor making fun of the way I spoke English when she left and closed the door .. she also gave me medication that made my sickness even worse that I had to go to the Emergency room.. the doctor there told me the medication I was given by Dr Lisa was not the right medication very bad doctor, I will never go to see her again

Dr Mattox takes the time to figure out my illnesses. These other reviews must be people who did not get what they wanted from Dr Mattox because she is very knowledgeable kind and time efficient.

Dr Mattox takes the time to explain my problems. I had very little wait to see her. She genuinely cares about me and my family. I would highly recommend her.

DR MATTOX'S LACK THE APPROPRIATE MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE WITH POOR BED SIDE MANNER AND AN ATTITUDE SO ANNOYING THAT I WILL NEITHER GO AND VISIT HER OFFICE AGAIN NOR LET MY HUSBAND OR THE REST OF THE FAMILY TO VISIT HER OFFICE..VERY POOR COMMUNICATION SKILL
