Dr. Posey is a professional who cares and listens. I’ve been a return patient because of this and the welcoming staff. My past primary doctor originally referred me to this clinic, I’m so glad!

Dr. Posey is patient, thorough, knowledgeable and she explains things very carefully. She’s a wonderful physician!

First off, finding this clinic was very difficult as google maps does not map it right!! Ended up technically missing my appointment by 30min because Google took me to 2 different building before I finally called the clinic to tell me where it was- it is in the South Southdale Medical Center!!! On the phone a scheduler even told me to not bother coming since I missed the appointment but I still went and Lisa made the time to still see my husband and I and do exams on us with minimal wait time. I was so grateful for this as we drove over an hour to get there! She was kind, thorough, and explained everything to us fully. So glad I set up the appointment to see Dr Posey.

Dr. Posey made time to see me on a semi-urgent basis. She did a complete ENT exam on me for a lingering serous otitis. She recommended a myringotomy which she did in the office. I’m now symptom free thanks to her!

Dr. Posey was very easy to communicate with; she was professional, compassionate and friendly. I believe she correctly diagnosed my issue and I feel like I am already on the road to hearing better!

Dr Posey is great! She has an amazing way of not making you feel horrified with all that can come out of ones ear. She was very gentle and gave me thorough medical advice to give me my hearing back. She’s very easy to talk to and no question was a dumb question to her. Thanks Dr Posey!

Appears to have little knowledge and to be more interested in extremely HIGH billing with unnecessary procedures. She does not answer your questions if you would like to speak to her directly and the staff is told to cover for her. I was billed over $2000 for two visits! I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. I am planning to write the insurance company concerning the outrageous billing practices for this doctor. Seeing her is a total ripoff and I wonder how she ever got a license!
