Had lazer procedure done. I had an infection and nerve damage. When I finally got in for a follow up appointment, which I had to make. No interest in talking with me. Sent me home with no answer other than, needed more work done. Ended up going to a different physician. Still have nerve damage 2 years later.

Dr. Hansen is funny and nice. I'm almost 100 and he makes me look like I'm 65. :) He takes care of my moles, skin tags, weird things that are going on with my face, age spots and wrinkles around my mouth. What more can I ask! Thanks Doc.

I am pleased with the lazer treatment I received and the check up to review the healing after the surgery. Dr. Hanson takes time to answer patients questions. The office gals are upbeat and helpful.

I had my neck and under chin done 1st week of Feb this year, so I'm still waiting on swelling, tightening & healing to finish so I can see the full effects....then I will be able to rate this at the highest. So far I'm very happy with the results and can't wait to see when I'm fully healed. The Dr. and staff are the BEST!

I've been very happy with the Botox I've been receiving over the past several years. However, it was not effective around my mouth/chin this last time.

First time coming to this office. I have been to another provider. If I were to compare the two than this office would be the best. The provider asked me about what i wanted from the services. He suggested and i was very happy with the results. I like the follow up as well. Gave me an opportunity to talk to him about my satisfaction with his suggestion.

Too good

I had areas on my tummy and my thighs that I was unhappy with and went in for a consult with Dr. Hansen and his staff. The entire staff was very friendly and his patient care coordinators were so knowledgeable. Dr. Hansen was also so knowledgeable and kind and reassured me that the procedure would be an outpatient procedure and I would be happy with my results. I certainly am! Thanks, Dr. Hansen, and LazaDerm staff for helping me feel confident again!

I waited over 45 minutes before I got seen. No apology from staff. Ridiculous! NOT IMPRESSED!
