While Dr Li and her assistant were friendly, professional and forthcoming, there are major flaws to overcome as a patient Wait time in treatment room While they will you guide to your treatment room on time, they make you wait between 25 to 30 mins, half naked (happened twice in a row, so I assume this is their standard) Lack of price transparency The patient is not being informed as to what the pricing will be for even minor procedures. The fact that a 5 second freeze of a tag costs $55, seems outrageously high and I at least would like to be given the courtesy to understand the pricing options. Major wake-up call at check-out when you are presented a $400 bill for a short visit, a biopsy and two tag freezes! Automatic follow-up visit scheduled No matter what the results from a biopsy are, they make you come back for another (of course chargeable visit). Unless of course you call in and request the results over the phone and cancel the appointment yourself. Phone Problems at Reception Once you get to talk to a receptionist (of curse after waiting on the phone for more than 10 minutes) it turns out that her phone is broken (and has been broken for the last three weeks). Her voice is all chopped up and you can barely understand her. One would think with these high prices, a critical device such as a receptionist phone will be fixed immediately Again, nice Dr and Assistant but majorly flawed environment, processes and pricing! While Dr Li, is very friendly and her assistant is very forthcoming. I will not go back to this Dermatologist for the following reasons - The guide you to the room on time, but then make you wait 25-30 mins (happened every time I went for my annual scan) - During the scan procedure, there is no communication as to the pricing of their procedures, Freezing a tag (5 seconds), $55. The patient has no control over the cost and is exposed to a bill when checking out - Follow-up appointments are being booked by default, even if biopsies were benign they make you come back and of course charge for a visit. Unless you go through the hassle of trying to call them - Once you get to talk the an receptionist over the phone, you can;t understand her because her phone is defect Been defect for the last three weeks... come on this is a patient facing role and at their pricing (see above) you would expect such a device to be repaired within three weeks Again good and friendly doctor, but major flaws in environment and procedures!

I’ve seen Dr. Li for multiple appointments over the last 10 years. I have a history of skin cancers. I was drawn to her because of her Harvard degree and have not been disappointed with her service. She is efficient in her appointments so I can get back to work. I value her work??

I have been going to Dr. Li for over 5 years. Her front desk office is very friendly, helpful and efficient. I have never had a waiting time of more than 10 minutes from scheduled appointment. As far as Dr. Li is concerned, I have the highest regard for her medical expertise and she is always very professional and above all makes you feel cared for.

Robert E. Short Jr. — 5 star I have been a patient of Dr. Li for almost two decades. She is a delightful person and a trusted skin care professional. She has removed five skin cancer spots on me during that time. Three were on my face and the surgical procedures she performed left no scaring what so ever. Her PA is Christine, another wonderful professional who I highly recommend also. If anyone is looking for a great dermatologist you can stop your search, Dr. Li is it.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Li for years. The wait times are not long...the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Li takes the time to answer our questions, and she provides great feedback. Her PA, Andrea, is very outgoing and personable. I would recommend Dr. Li.

I’ve been visiting Dr. Li for close to 15 years now, and she has been outstanding. When my son got severe allergy eczema on his face that was swelling his eyes shut, she saw him same day, took an immediate prescriptive course of actions got the swelling down in a few hours. She also followed up on the weekend personally (genuine concern and very thoughtful) to make sure my son was doing well and set up a Monday follow up appointment. That’s outstanding service, and she really saved our son from having a misearable weekend of itching and no sleep. She is an outstanding Harvard trained dermatologist and we would not trust our skin concerns with any other Dermatologist ! Both Dr. Li and her staff are polite, and outstanding ! - Robert A.

We've seen Dr. Li two or three times, and each visit has been most professional, the care has been excellent and her diagnoses and treatment exactly what was needed. As far as we are concerned, Dr. Li is our family dermatologist!

This office is clean and the staff are sweet and smiling. I'm able to schedule an appointing easily when needed. I rarely am left waiting in the front waiting office after appointment time. I'm happy with my treatment.

Dr. Lucy Li has cared for our family for almost 12 years and her professional approach to our dermatology needs has been exceptional. Her experience and demeanor gives her patientâ??s confidence in her. She takes a long-term view of her patientâ??s needs; in my case I have a chronic issue with skin cancers. She monitors me very closely to make sure that I have the care needed to avoid any serious issues. She is always on time and her office is run efficiently which is important and avoids setting for hours in the waiting room. She is not only a great Doctor but also a very nice person.

Staff is Awesome! Dr. Li had well beside manner. My kids have an appointment next week to see PA, Mary!

Nice ease of provider

I pointed out a growth on my back that was itchy and seemed to be growing to Dr. Li. She assured me it was nothing, she called it some name, saying it was benign. 6 months later I decided to see someone else, the lesion was continuing too be itchy and I thought getting a little larger. It was a basal cell. The surgery required to remove it was quite extensive. This doctor also found a squamous cell lesion on my face that required a specialty surgery. with an oncology surgeon. I am done with her. I don't think she is qualified to be in dermatology.
