Dr Ludmila Ridlovsky

Terrible experience with this practice and the office staff in particular. The doctor prescribes unnecessary blood tests which are not covered by insurance as a part of an annual physical exam. They never return the calls and do not want to solve any issues. Do not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Waited 45 minutes in the waiting room and then another 20 in the office! I was ready to leave because all i needed is referral! She is very passive and don’t really suggest much! If you really need medical help this is not the dr for you! She won’t offer you much unless you ask yourself ! I was really disappointed with the care.

Time management in doctor Ridlovsky office is unacceptable. On my last appointment I just left the office after waiting for an hour. No one apologized, no one looked very bothered by the fact that I just wasted an hour of my life and didn't get the service.

Dr. Ridlovsky is a very good dr. She has a great personality and temperament. She's not condescending or critical. She listens and then talks. Unfortunately there have been quite a few changes in the staff area. The original staff (heather was the best ) was quick and efficient. This staff doesn't know enough about insurance and referrals. I would pay heather to come back !!!!

3 years and still no one has come close to being the same since Heather has left . Phone calls not returned , dr not able to stay on time . The stress she is under is very obvious. Is the staff good ? Sure , but not like Heather was . She was tough but fair . I had to leave the office

Dr Ridlovsky has always been, kind, professional , sympathetic and patient with me . Her diagnosis has always been accurate. My appointments have never been rushed , I have been seeing her for fours years Yes occasionally I might have to wait a little but what Dr's office doesn't ?? The receptionist is fine does she always know the answer no, but she ensures you they will find the answer . Carolyn is very knowledgeable and helpful .

this is not what it used to be ... Her husband works there , her son does to ..... They are horrible . I miss the old staff !!!! Dr ridlovsky used to spend time with you, now people knock on her door to let her know times up !!!! And they discuss test results right in the hallway !!!!

I stopped going to Dr Ridlovksy when Heather stopped working there, the office was never the same. My whole family was so sad, this younger girl there is not as efficient as the old office manager, she was rough around the edges but she was good at her job. Found Heather on facebook and she introduced me to a new dr that she works closely with. Very happy with the change. Sorry Dr Ridlovsky, but it was to drastic of a change losing her.

A lot of changes have been made this past year, I used to get my results in a timely manner, now I feel that is not the case. I also was able to get a appointment and when you do there is a long wait, I feel that is difficult to, as well as the phones are not answered affectionately any longer. The old staff never missed a beat. Dr R has changed since then.

The office had a few changes recently but actually for the best. I haven't seen it run any better. Such a pleasure walking in to well groomed/manored employees. Keep up the great work.

I am leaving the practice, this doctor does not return calls when calling the emergency line, you wait to long in the office, and the new girl at the desk is clueless, she forgets to do alot of things, this is not a job for her, have been a patient along time, this is why she left the first time....the practice was way better with the old office manager, if anyone reads this and knows where to find her please write it on here, miss her and would love to know what dr she is working for and follow her :) THE STAFF MAKES THE PRACTICE

I've been going to Dr. Ridlovsky for a few years and I'm very pleased with my care. She is extremely smart, very kind and honest. Great bedside manner ...

I was in disbelief when I went to the office and saw that the office manager was no longer there. There is a new girl there, very loud and frantic and when I asked where Heather was, I was told she was no longer with the practice. I sat to wait for my appointment (for over a hour) and when got back to the room to see the doctor, she herself seemed off-putting. I left, went to pharmacy to get my medication, nothing was called in, called the office, left a message, needless to say. Still do not have my refills. I talked about this with several of my friends. We are very unease, the whole office's dynamic has changed. Heather knew your VOICE she was rough around the edges, but she cared immensely about her patients. This was a bad business call and several of my family members and friends are unhappy with the quality of care now given. It used to be a family practice with a warm embrace and smile when you came in the minute you went to the front desk. Will never be the same.

I have been a patient for years and I do love the doctor. She is very sweet and kind, and I understand and respect the wait because she will never kick you out of a room, she listens. However, I do feel that if I have my follow up appointment and wait a hour and need bloodwork to be done or a shot, I have been walked to the lab to wait for the nurse when that could take another ten mins. I feel that it will only take 5 extra mins, and for the time I waited for the Dr, it is only fair since the nurse is busy. This is not my first time waiting like this, one time I waited ten extra mins for a shot. There in need of a second back person for this odd and end jobs. They are a busy practice, the front desk girl is constantly taking calls and well as the back end is very busy. More team work is needed

I have been searching for a Primary Care Physician for years. I have been so disappointed with doctors and their staff that I instead have just gone to to specialist for what ever ails me. I think I finally found someone who not only listens to you, but has a great bedside manner and attentive. She seems proactive, and truly concern with you health. II am very pleased Dr. Ridlovsky. Her staff is courteous, and pleasant, and seem competent.

Dr. Ridlovsky is knowledgeable and understanding. She actually listens and answers questions which is becoming rare of doctors. She also has the best staff that I've seen. They are thorough and fast. They actually remember my voice when I call. I don't think there is an office like Dr. Ridlovsky's out there...at least in NJ. Thanks, for being there.
