Hi, I have been a patient of Dr. Schaeffer in Cleveland Tx. for a long time and he has always taken good care of my medical needs. He is professional and respectful. He has a good staf.

THIS DR'S OFFICE IS A JOKE. THEY CHANGE STAFF MORE THEN ANY PLACE OF BUSINESS I HAVE EVER SEEN. MARIA IS SO SNOBBY AND RUDE IT IS RIDICULOUS. THE ONLY GOOD STAFF MEMBERS THEY HAVE ARE TYLER AND VANESSA AND THATS IF THEY'RE EVEN STILL THERE. SOMEONE NEEDS TO KNOCK MARIA OFF HER PEDASTOOL AND TELL HER "HUSBAND" SHE IS CHEATING ON HIM AND I HAVE THE PROOF.

No professionalism at the appointment included doctor.

Excellent doctor but some of his stuff is very rude

We've been seeing Dr. S for a long time. I like his bedside manner. Idk if he or his wife controls the office department but it's terrible! Always over booked & getting your refills on meds, is almost impossible! I finally got mine after 2 wks of calls, 1 visit & 2 fax request. Some of these meds have life threatening withdrawal symptoms. It was very upsetting. We're considering changing Drs hence the poor rating.

I have muscular dystrophy and am in a wheelchair, I called in to ask a prescription for a power chair, and to be able to learn car hand controls, I am not going through insurance and the prescription was for tax purposes. He is refusing saying I need to go in for an evaluation! If he was a true doctor he will know is not like my condition changed from 2 months (last I was seeing) to now! I have never had a physician denying me a prescription for equipment, it is not medicine and he does not need to see me. I had my neurologist giving me prescription without seeing me for over 8 months, as they know my condition will unlikely change in that period of time. But has been very rude about it, at this point I even question his degree...

Dr. Schaeffer is an excellent doctor who truly cares about you and your needs. He takes his time and doesn’t rush in order to listen to all of your questions or concerns. He is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. My entire family has seen him for years. The doctor and his great staff is very hard working and helpful. I highly recommend this doctor’s office to anyone and everyone.

Great Dr very caring and submissive to your needs

This is the type of Doctor you want to get! He's a very outgoing doctor who will listen to you and will try his best to understand you're problem or needs. He's a very recommended Doctor that will help you with all you're needs. You will feel right at home with him. He's the best Doctor ige ever been to!

The staff very rude.

The wait time in the office is entirely too long. I worked for a doctors office before and I realize from my experience that this only happens when they overbook patients.

He is definitley a great doctor to make you feel at home. He is always ready to talk and answer any of your questions & concerns. If you are needing a doc then he is the one to look at.

I am a new patient of Dr. Schaeffer of almost a year now. I have always been very weary of who I choose as a medical provider for me and my family. He has wonderful extensive knowledge and pleasant company. I really enjoy how the staff knows me and my family by name and always tries to accommodate us to our busy schedules. The wait sometimes is a little long but in all honesty; I believe that it's because he wants to maintain a caring and trustful doctor-patient relationship. I'd be a little concerned if my doctor took just 5 minutes to check me out and I waited 30.If you were like me and searching for a stable medical provider home and are in the Cleveland or Humble area or nearby...then I'd definitley would say for you to check him out!
