Dr. Luz Grisel Vazquez, MD

Dr. Vazquez was assigned to my dad while in icu & was highly disappointing. She took a personal phone call 2mins after she walked in the door, because that was clearly more important than we were. Then when we questioned her about his tests results she said she didn't know, she had NOT even read his case file, previous tests, or their results. & she had horrible bed side manners! How rude! Time is valuable in critical situations, don't put yourself or loved one in this person's care.

A lovely kind sweet lady. She answered all of my questions and then some.

Long time appreciative patient. Dr Vazquez has Maintain my wife's condition stable for over five (5) years. Suffered a ruptured brain artery aneurysm Requiring two (2) brain operations. Dr Vazquez has monitored A shunt that was placed in my wife's brain to control spinal Fluid buildup. We thank Dr Vazquez and God for her dedication and concern

This doctor is amazing! She actually cares about her patients. She is up on all new medicines and techniques. I've been going to her for about 15 years and I love her!

I would highly recommend Dr. Vazquez with all my heart and soul. Right from the start, I felt as if I finally found the right doctor for me. She made me feel that she really did care, and wanted to help manage my care for my Dystonia. She took me from crying and suffering, to feeling great enough to ride my bicycle again. I was so happy with her that I made something hand made for her just because I wanted to show her I so appreciated her care. She is a doctor who is a credit to her specialty. Two years prior to finding Dr. Vazquez I had a very difficult time with other neurologists, and just poor timing (one was retiring, one had to relocate), and other doctors who just did not care. I now feel so great knowing I have Dr. Vazquez for my care for my rare disability (Cervical Dystonia). I Have had about 6 visits with Dr. Luz Vazquez since the beginning of 2014. She is very thorough, in her examinations, and has taken the time, to answer all my questions, and not rush me at any time. Due to my situation Dr. Vazquez has also had other tests done to verify what my situation is, and how I am progressing. If any person has a need for a neurologist, I would definetely recommend Dr. Vazquez.

Love doctor Vazqueez and her staff, however, don't ever expect the phone message service to cancel an appointment or return a phone call. It's near impossible to get test results from other departments such as a positive TB scratch test on Wednesy last week and today is Tuesday and Niki the Nurse said it was negative from xray! Surgery is tomorrow!I will be out of commission for at least a month according to surgeon! So I will not be able to re-schedual for at least a month, the call center will not deliver a message directly to doctors because of some kind of PROTOCAL rule. Some doctor on call returned a call on Saturday evening, but he just scared me more! Phones are either busy, or when you do get ahold of someone they disconnect you!Please someone change the phone system at Heart and Family! Love doctor Vazquez, Wadwah,Upadahay and Beladi! Truly good doctors, they've put up with me for some time, when I've been in pain, irritable and agonizingly miserable, for that I apologize most sincerely!Do the nurses hate me?
