Dr. Magdalena Kerschner

Worst appointment I ever had with a so called Dr. the staff was very friendly but not very professional. It took over 2 months to receive a detailed bill that I need for my insurance. I feel this Drs main concern is to push the pain injections for the insurance money, so she can continue her cosmetic surgeries. She is not at all friendly nor interested in your concerns. In other words it’s her way (injection right away!) or the highway and she has no problem telling you .. if you don’t like it! Move on. I would not take the injection from this office, the facility was not a sterile environment for such a procedure. Do yourself a huge favor … MOVE ON without making this stop!

I have attempted to verify this "doctors" resume with no luck. I encourage others to do the same and post thier findings.

This doctor is more concerned with her weight loss treatment commercials then serving her patients. Her office manager has been trained to be the doctor's GateKeeper and is extremely rude it is a heartless person. If there are patient concerns Magdalena Kerscher won't even give patience the courtesy of voicing their concerns to her in hopes of finding an amicable solution to a problem, instead her philosophy is if you don't like how I run my business just find another doctor. She has no problem handing out a prepared list of other pain management doctors. She's not interested in anything but having patience who have insurance that will continuously pay for various injections that may not necessarily be always needed. Specific care plans are never discussed, & communication regarding long-term care objectives is a discussion it never takes place. This doctor is only concern with doing tasks that will give her a fat check so that she can continue to travel around the world and purchase as many horses as possible! That's all fine and good but it should not be at the expense of being uncaring, unresponsive, dismissive, and downright rude to your patients! Pain management doctors should be held to a much higher standard then what this doctor displays.

I just started a few months ago. I have chronic pain, arthritis,scoliosis, TMJ, and migraine headaches. I really want a divorce and can't get one because no will give me pills. I can't work with out them. I also wait for hours to get in the office. I had a misdiagnosis and have been paying for it for 2 years ..Since I moved back from Florida. I am not a head case and I am sick and tired of being treated like one. The injections only help some. I still have real pain every day. I am literally a prisoner in my own home. Wait Time is usually 3+ hours unless you are lucky enough to get the guy which is a better doctors.

sent to her by doctor I had went to for 9 years . went to her my 1st visit 4 and a halve hours I waited but other people told me they waited up to 7hrs.lucky ,wasn,t i. but when she finally did see me it was like I was taking up her time, but my time meant nothing to her,told her what I had wrong and what my other dr. had prescribed like she asked, she felt of my lower back ,then said I don't prescribe that much meds. she wrote out halve the oxcecodone that I had been on for 4yrs no brakethrough pain med. and refused to write up a sleeping med. now im in contant pain cant find new dr. this dr. suppose to help keep patients of pain but she has no soul to do so. what ever you do, do not go to her you will be sorry because all she does is push injections ,

makes you feel like you are a drug seeker and she knows you better than you know yourself

She is worse pain dr. In world. I suffer with crippling arthritis only medicine will work, she me so low cause injections won't work, I had a seizure. That a real st. .yeah right, she didn't care either. Unless ur a back patient tht she push shots on. .don't go thier. .quack quack

I was very disappointed in the lack of courtesy she shows her patients.

Dr. Kerschner is a very compassionate physician with a true desire to help those in pain. She has been treating my Mother for 6yrs now, and we have had no complaints on this Dr. She has truly worked miracles with my Mother. I highly recommend Dr. Kerschner.

Did't appreciate her up and leaving me. I've been going for over a year to see her as my physician. Left me struggling for another physician to finish my injections. I walked into one of my appointments and they notified me saying that she was no longer there. And now I'm struggling to find another physician who will take my medical card and to continue my injections. She was sure good at throwin needles into your back and not letting you know what she was doing. I was hurt during a construction job now I have no way of getting my injections finished because she up and left for no reason. Any body else have any suggestions????

I have NEVER had a doctor be so rude, cruel and uncaring as this doctor. She did not even examine me during my visit. This is a visit that I was at for 2 hours and 45 minutes. Ridiculous!!

I have seen 2 pain doctors in Lexington, and was getting no where with my treatments. I saw Dr. Kerschner, and she know her stuff. Her injections go ...
