Dr. Mai Ngoc Luu, MD

I went to her one time at Duke City. She was awful. Shes the typical referral doctor that is sloppy and refused to not only listen but use her judgment to solve problems. Her PCP gatekeeping methods slow down your recovery. I don't know people like this go into medicine. I can get AI to do a better job.

Suggested my partner go on a supplement because they were "deficient" in a certain mineral. My partner goes on the supplement for 4-6 months waiting to see Dr Luu again (she has a very booked schedule, I can only feel bad for her other patients), when my partnet went go back to see Dr. Mai N Luu to report some positive results, she tells my partner that "oh well you were basically normal and you shouldn't be feeling better". Gee thanks doc. Who the heck does that? I think Dr. Mai N Luu cares more about her ego rather than helping patients and should probably seek a different profession.

Speaks way too quickly, kept getting all my referrals mixed up. I’m a healthcare professional, God help those that aren’t and go to this provider she will have your head spinning at her pace. Clinically? The jury is still out.
