Dr Rao was excellent She took the time to explain in detail and even drew pictures to explain. She is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!!

Dr. Rao's entire office staff are warm, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Rao, no matter how busy the office seems to be, takes the time and gives her efforts to be thorough in her visit with me. I look forward to visiting again in a year. I always walk away from that office with a smile, knowing that if I should need her, she will be there for me.

Dr. Rao and Marisa are one of a kind. Trying to beat breast cancer difficult enough, so it's honestly the best feeling coming in and being greeted by these sweet lovely ladies. Dr. Rao is intricately involved in my case, which I am more than grateful for. Dr. Rao is so smart and explains things in simple ways, even drawing me a diagram to help me understand. Thank you Misty and all the staff who help me!

Compassionate

Came into office, was called in about 7 minutes. Dr. Rao read & wrote an extensive report as she always does & asked a lot of questions. Wore a mask, maybe she should have worn gloves. She gave ideas and a referral to another specialist. Staff is always efficient & friendly.

Dr. Rao is a wonderful doctor. She actually listens to what a patient has to say, and looks at the whole picture before determining next steps. She takes the time and has the patience to explain everything to you. Highly recommend her!

Dr.Rao explained everything to me and answered my questions. Then she sent her actual notes she wrote during the visit to me by mail so I could see them again!

Patient needs Dr to listen effectively, follow up, and write a report to MD that is actionable and understood by referring Doctor. Case is now in limbo due to MD not having received a clear, comprehensive, and actionable report.

All of the office staff were amazing especially during this trying time. Dr. Rao was fantastic. As a first time patient, she took the time to address all of my questions. Overall a great doctor's visit.

Excellent doctor

I was impressed with my first visit at the office. Everybody was very polite, from the first person signing me in to the first blood pressure to the person asking questions before seeing the Dr who did their homework and knew many things about me while asking me about my medical record to the Dr. who explained everything so as I could understand the issues to the receptionist setting up a new appointment at a later date. I would Highly recommend this office for medical care.

Dr Rao has been my doctor through Sarcoidosis and now Lymphoma—-She is the best! I trust her with my life—-literally

This was my first visit with Dr. Rao. She put me right at ease as soon as she walked in. She explained and drew diagrams, gave me information, and answered all my questions about my cancer. I felt I was thoroughly prepared to go through my chemotherapy.

Dr. Rao is a wonderful Dr. and covers my health issues with care.

I love Dr. Rao and most of the office staff wonderful. There are some front office staffing for booking appts. that are not so welcoming or helpful. I have to give a great because unfortunately the staff effects the overall experience.
