I love everything about Dr. Perry's office. His office assistant, Nicole is a gem. Very centrally located. Easily accessible. Dr. Perry goes above and beyond. I had a bad experience with a Urologist before I went to Dr. Perry and wasn't expecting much. I was very surprised how patient, caring and considerate he is to my issues. He is the type of doctor you can't find anywhere. He gives you his personal cell phone number in case you have a problem and can't reach his office. Dr. Perry's care is not common these days but SOOOO very much needed and appreciated.

Dr Perry is very knowledgeable and very caring. He is a very nice person, and his staff is also very friendly.He listens to you and makes sure he answers all the questions you may have. I strongly recommend him!

Site says to schedule appointment on line. However, must wait for confirmation. Within a month, my appointment has been canceled twice. No way to call office, I visited office in Allen and was assured someone would text me. I received a text apparently created by artificial intelligence canceling my appt yet again. Since doctor is supposedly a Christian, it ends text with “have a blessed day” dr. Perry was highly recommended by a friend of mine who spoke very well of him. I have an issue which I don’t feel I can continue waiting thus will have to search for another doctor before I die waiting for an appt with Dr. Perry. Don’t waste your time unless you want to wait weeks. I hope that Dr. Perry is aware of his non-staff, inability of his A.I. software to schedule appointments in a timely manner. Have a blessed day!

I started seeing Dr. Perry in 2019. He is friendly and does an excellent job of explaining medical terms, procedures and treatment. I have been under his care ever since my first visit. He has effectively treated my condition and continues to monitor my health. His staff is always professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Malcolm Perry for anyone needing a urologist. You will not get better care anywhere.

I have lived in Collin County for 42 years and have only had two urologists. I have been going to Dr. Malcom Perry since my original urologist retired a number of years ago. As a retired person with an engineering background, I have analyzed his facility, equipment and services. He is an excellent doctor and runs an excellent operation. In addition, he is a nice guy.

I am incredibly happy with my experience with Dr. Perry and his staff. My GP referred me to a urologist, and I selected Dr. Perry. It was a smart choice. Dr. Perry is collaborating with me to improve my issue minimizing medications and keeping me away from surgery. He gets to know you and takes the time to really find out how you are and what is happening with your issue. I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Perry and his practice with no hesitation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Perry for years and I have never had a negative thing to say about him personally or the care that he has provided. He has always been up front with my treatment plans and takes the time to go over all alternatives to make sure I am comfortable with the direction we BOTH decided on. I have never been pressured by Dr Perry or his staff to have any procedure that I was not ok with. My wife was admitted to the ER a few years back and Dr. Perry happened to be on call and was checking on a patient, when he saw me, he immediately approached me to see if I was alright. When I told him my wife was in the room down the hall, even though she is not one of his patients, he immediately followed up with ER Doctor in charge and came to us to reassure that everything was going to be okay and stayed to see if we had any questions or if he could be of any assistance. I mention this just to demonstrate Dr. Perry's compassion and caring attitude that I have always seen in him. This professional and compassionate Doctor comes with a high recommendation from me.

Excellent, thorough, skilled care with an exceptionally kind and attentive bedside manner. Dr. Perry takes time to explain the issue -- sometimes drawing diagrams to help with understanding -- and to answer questions. His speedy intervention recently kept a health situation from escalating and becoming dangerous. We recommend him -- without reservation -- to our friends and neighbors.

I have been a patient of Dr Perry for 12+ years. ~10 years ago I was in for a recurring UTI issue and something just didn't seem right so Dr. Perry kept digging. He found a cancerous prostate tumor so early in my disease progression it was remarkable even to one of the best Prostate Cancer centers in the State. As a result, I was able to start my treatment long ago. Through the last 10 years I have consulted with Dr. Perry for my normal aging issues as well as bouncing my thoughts and ideas on my prognosis. My last 3 PSA's tell me whatever we are doing to slow the disease has been extremely effective, including something called Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy which seems to have been an inflection point for some reason I don't understand. I don't think I've had another physician who is so intellectually curious to learn about each unique patient. I LITERALLY have entrusted my life to Dr. Perry, again and again, and have come out a winner until time exacts the final life tax we all pay.

Dr. Perry is a superb specialist in urology. He is dedicated to his patients has a genuine desire to help. My experience with him as a doctor has been nothing but exceptional. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Perry's for years. He has stellar credentials and also his father was a really well known Dr. and surgeon (you can Google him). I have seen Dr. Perry many times over the past few years including one time when I had a growth that was possibly cancer. Dr. Perry could have easily scheduled and performed surgery to remove that growth. After talking with me, checking it via sonogram, etc. he decided it was benign. We both decided to keep an eye on it. After a few weeks I returned and the growth had decreased. By another visit, the growth had disappeared entirely. The point is, Dr. Perry could have easily recommended surgery but he decided to take a more conservative approach and everything turned out fine for me and I did not have to undergo surgery. I actually saw Dr. Perry today and plan to continue to see him. It's worth noting that he changed office managers about 3 months ago. I found his new office manager to be super nice, courteous, sincere and intelligent. And Dr. Perry himself has always been *super* friendly and courteous with me, with an excellent "bedside manner".

Dr. Perry was recommended to me by two different, well respected, physicians. He is, hands down, one of the kindest, thoughtful, and skilled doctors. His ethics are unimpeachable. Dr. Perry is not in my insurance network but I so value him that I pay out of pocket. Dr. Perry cares a great deal about his patients and doesn't hesitate to recommend a different doctor if he feels their expertise is beyond his in certain situations. I would tell anyone who needs a urologist to see him. I feel honored to be his patient.

The absolute best doctor, hands down! I’ve been seeing Dr. perry since I turned 18 and he has been an absolute god send. He is one of the kindest, friendliest, patient centered doctor. He takes the time to talk to you and explain things, to make sure you are comfortable and happy. I had various issues when I first started seeing him that no one could figure out, but he told me he would do everything he could to figure it out and he did! Cannot recommend him enough, if you need a urologist, pick him! He is the best!

Wonderful experience. Dr Perry and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They go over and beyond answering all of my questions and I leave every time knowing all of my concerns have been addressed.

I highly recommend Dr. Perry. He is very good at talking you through your ailment, tests for a diagnosis, and the options to address the issue. It is a conversation with him and not just directions. You will never feel judged. He is top notch.

Dr Perry is a wonderful doctor and a better human being. He is an expert in his field and takes the time to explain the details of your health situation and the makeup of the body in a way that is fascinating yet easy to understand. Few urologists have in-house imaging equipment of any kind. Dr Perry is so passionate about his craft that he has invested in the very best imaging equipment in existence - better than the imaging centers and equal to any hospital! His zeal for his field of practice is matched by an equal passion for life and people. He is truly a rare breed and an absolute joy to interact with. Front desk staff reflect the same care and attention. I actually look forward to my visits here!

Outstanding care. The office is well run. Insurance issues resolved immediately. I never wait long when I arrive for my appointment. Once Dr. Perry was called to an emergency and had to cancel my appointment. Amelia called my cell and my wife's cell multiple times to ensure I did not waste my time. I was rescheduled to the next day. Dr. Perry's knowledge and experience are excellent. Everything we have done has been explained to me as to why and I am always the person making the decisions on my healthcare with his guidance. My wife switched urologists to Dr. Perry based on my experience with the same satisfaction.

He lives out his Christian faith each day as he cares for his patients. He takes the time to understand your medical issue and if need be, refers you to a specialist.
