Dr. Marc Eric Guay, MD

I have been seeing him for over 5 years, I have been through a lot with a incurable inner ear disease. Words can't describe how much Dr. Guay and his staff has been by my side. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! Scott Strauser

My former ENT, who retired recently, recommended that I see Dr. Marc Guay. On my first visit to his office I found him and his staff professional, friendly and attentive. He identified my ear problem, took immediate steps to relieve the problem, explained alternative treatments, recommended the one he thought best and ordered a hearing test. I left his office relieved and confident that I had found an excellent ENT. I highly recommend Dr. Guay.

Went to Dr Guay with high hopes from all the positive reviews. But for me, experience wasn’t a favorable one. My primary Dr. Wanted me to see an ENT, after I had bronchitis and lost my hearing and voice. Went twice. Told me my hearing was fine. HELLO! I couldn’t hear. Slowly it has been coming back on its own. That was 4 months ago. I did not appreciate when I would ask a question and in return i got a blank stare. I’ve heard about Drs who act this way. Just never experienced it myself until my visit with him. No real explanation, no ideas to try, nada, nothing.

I've been putting this operation off for over 25 yrs. I wish I had done it sooner. Thanks Doc!

The best dr you will ever meet.

Dr. Guay is the most compassionate, kind, respectful doctor I have ever met. He took such excellent care of my husband that I recommend him to anyone I talk to that is in need of anything ENT. You cannot find a better doctor or human being anywhere.

Exceptional care.

I have had to wait a while on some occasions, but that's to be expected sometimes with the volume of patients and the attention to each. Not a problem for me. A doctor of his caliber is hard to find.

Dr Guay is the best at what he does. my son has been going to him since the age of 2 and if my son needs him at the drop of a dime he fits you right in he calls back with in sec. and is funny and well informed doesnt rush you out of his office he takes his time and he is simply the BEST DOCTOR EVER!!!!!

His bedside manner was excellent. He made my child feel very at ease and did a great job explaining everything to me. I would HIGHLY recommend him!
