My husband unfortunately Got this doctor in the ER yesterday. The way my husband was treated was completely unethical and unprofessional! The unnecessary procedure that was done to my husband was nothing short of abuse. We have called the hospital and filed a case with the Patient Advocates. I'm completely disgusted after reading some of these reviews that this doctor is still allowed to work with people. I will fight for my husband's rights and I will fight for anyone else he may have hurt in the past, that was too scared or traumatized to speak on their on behalf. I won't stop untill I know this Person will not be allowed to hurt anyone else.

Was in the ER recently. Attended by Dr Simmons. He was the best. Very apologetic for the wait. Very caring

My husband was sent to the er by ambulance. His regular ema of dr's are at mgh in Boston and John Hopkons in MD. My huband suffers from two rare autoimmune diseases. He has been gravely ill for the past two years. We have 3 little children at home , so he takes the ambulance quite a bit due to our circunstances. Dr. Simmons saw my husband today for all of about 3 minutes and told my husband he is sick due to opiods. He began to rip apart my husbands team of Dr's especially his primary care, Dr. Dixon. Dixon is a highly sought after pcp, that teaches at Harvard, and travels the world speaking at medical engagements. Not to mention my husvand has seen over I would guesstimate 100 physicians and specialists since is dx. Dr.Simmons is an irresponsible Dr., that should nor be practicing medicine if he can't even read over a patients medical record or contact their regular pcp office. His bedside manner is non existant and must have forgot his oath as Dr. I am deeply concerned for other patients well being under their Dr's care.

Saw Dr. Simmons in the ED @ Holy Family Hospital and he was great. 10/10 would see again.
