Dr. Marcia Judith Nackenson, MD

Had an unpleasant experience. She is very uncaring, condescending Doctor. She did not take the time to figure out what was wrong with my daughter.

I’m tired of seeing all these bad reviews for such a good doctor. I really like Dr. Nackerson and trust her as well as her staff. They have always provided me with excellent care and I appreciate Dr. Nackenson and I being able to have straight conversations about my health and complete honesty. Maybe other patients need some thicker skin, there’s nothing wrong with how she conducts herself.

If you enjoy being laughed at and judged for the decisions you make for yourself or your child, this is the place to go. I have never been to someone so unprofessional in my entire life. She diagnosed me with PCOS on my 2nd visit and said “Oh I forgot to tell you last time that you have this”. You FORGOT? Ridiculous. I will not be back here again.

I have been going to see Dr. Nackenson since I was about 13 years old. I am 21 years old now. She is continually rude and blasé about my health problems, and shows little care for her patients. In addition, she has very poor communication standards and no bedside manner. Recently, she has been keeping my medications, (which I need in order to function,) from me, causing relapses and extreme issues with my health. Most of her staff is apathetic and gives me an attitude every time I show concern about my medications. Her clientele is absolutely miserable with her poor service and her attitude. I cannot wait to switch to another healthcare provider. Do yourselves and your family a favor and do NOT go see Marcia Nackenson. You will only find dissatisfaction.

I 100%agree with the previous review. She was my pediatrician when I was younger and the same PCOS situation happened with me. Various blood tests, ultrasounds, birth control etc. No explanation. Very rude and smug I just wish I could articulate myself when I was younger to my parents regarding my concerns with this woman. Lacks integrity, bedside manner and questionable ethics.

Initially she seemed like a good doctor until I realized she was rude and unprofessional. When telling her my reasons for not wanting a certain shot she laughed in my face which is ridiculous. She also knew that I had PCOS on my first visit and didn’t tell me until my 2nd visit AFTER she prescribed me birth control pills. Apparently, while helping PCOS for the time being, birth control pills act as a bandaid for the symptoms and the symptoms become worse once going off of the pill. I’m sure she knew this which is why she waited until after she prescribed me with the pills on my first visit to tell me I had PCOS. She also just casually slipped it into the conversation that I had it and never even asked me if I had any questions or explained what it was. She is sketchy, do not trust her with your child or yourself. Whatever you do, DO NOT waste your time or money on a doctor who doesn’t care what she has to do to take your money.
