Dr..Aquino literally saved my life. I had a very complex situation. He calmed my nervousness, was professional and informative every step of the way. He is HIGHLY skilled and is an expert at what he does. He performed colon sectioning surgery that saved my life. He is by far, the best doctor I've ever had. My experience with Dr. Aquino was amazing. I was scheduled for hernia surgery on a certain date. Angie found out that my insurance was going to change before my scheduled date and worked tirelessly to get me into surgery within 2-days to ensure my procedure was complete. She did all of the necessary communicating with my insurance. All I had to do was show up on time. I've never had an easier medical experience than with Dr. Aquino and his team. I also enjoyed feeling welcome in their offices. Everyone knew my name as soon as I walked in the door (which is amazing) and treated me as if I was a guest in their home rather than a patient. Dr. Aquino is extremely easy to speak with and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. I never felt rushed, even when I walked back to his office unannounced to ask him a follow-up question after he had seen me. I would definitely recommend Dr. Aquino and his team to anyone who needs his services.

For years I have been suffering with a condition which I mistakenly thought was nervousness, IBS, or something else, making me constantly have the urge to use the bathroom. This was causing me to go multiple times a day even though there wasn't anything to expel. This was impairing my ability to live comfortably and feel normal. Turns out I had massive hemorrhoids, which Dr. Aquino quickly diagnosed and treated. After having them removed I feel like I have my life back. I cannot stress enough how much a simple treatment changed my life. He and his office staff were courteous and professional about a super sensitive subject that I was very uncomfortable seeking treatment for. If you are someone suffering as I was, go check him out. I wish I had gotten treatment years earlier as all that suffering wasn't necessary. Thank you Dr. Aquino and staff!

Dr. Aquino is the epitome of the word caring. He is truly concerned with each patient's well being. He will spend as much time as needed to allay any fears or concerns. I so appreciate the time that he spent with me, and I never felt rushed because he had another patient waiting. Of course, I have to mention Maria and Jackie, the two angels of mercy who work with Dr. Aquino. Lastly, Xena is the best therapy dog in the world. I highly recommend Dr. Aquino. He is the best!

I was very pleased to find Dr. Aquino for my colon surgery. He was very skilled and was able to perform a colonoscopy rather than major surgery to remove a mass in my colon. Dr. Aquino never seemed rushed and always had plenty of time to discuss my questions during appointment times. His office staff was a pleasure to work with. They returned my calls in a minimum amount of time and were very helpful.

Let me start by saying that colo-rectal problems do not discriminate age, I would have never imagined having issues so young. Secondly, as uncomfortable as the topic may be, do not delay! Your health is priority, and I wish I would have gone sooner, secretly suffering for 4 months. Dr. Aquino is extremely educated, I was very impressed. He answered all my questions and concerns. He got me in and taken care of right away, as I was only 2 weeks away from a planned vacation, thanks to Dr. Aquino, I made it! Lastly, his staff was amazing and extremely friendly, making me feel at home! I would definitely recommend Dr. Aquino, you will not be disappointed!

My name is Marjorie and I was referred to Dr Aquino by another Dr. of whom I have been a patient for 25 years. The consultation in his office was very thorough including details about my blood pressure and allergy issues. The robotics procedure was explained in detail. The surgery took four hours and then there were two nights in the hospital before I was released. The surgery was finished by 1:00 p.m. on Friday. and Dr Aquino visited me on Saturday morning and on Sunday morning before I was released. Both visits in my room were casual but professional and he showed no signs of being rushed or in a hurry. All questions were answered in detail. I just finished my second post-op visit to Dr Aquino's office and everything is completely normal. I would rate Dr. Aquino's staff at his office among the best I have seen in my 78 years and they have been very friendly and professional during my total of three visits to his office.

Dr. Marcus Aquino is a very compassionate, skilled colon/rectal surgeon. He is very knowledgeable in his field and shared his diagnosis of my condition in an easily understandable manner. He explained possible treatments and recommended and carried through a surgical procedure that corrected my condition completely. My office and pre-surgery visits were friendly, relaxed and confidence building. I would highly recommend Dr. Aquino as a physician and surgeon

My son's 19th Birthday shopping spree and a week before Christmas I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Aquino. I was admitted to a local hospital and a young doctor decided to go against his training and run a CT scan ruling out appendicitis for abdominal pain even though I had declined pain medication. Most people would been on a morphine drip. The CT scan stated clearly that a case of acute appendicitis was present. Dr. Aquino was summoned and appeared in the morning. He arrived with the sound of his Cowboy boots and one piece coveralls ready to take care of me. He reminded me of my dad ready for work. He explained what was going with my appendix that was causing my pain. He answered all my questions and was thorough in explanation. He completed the surgery and met with the love of my life and explained the surgery and what he had found. It was much more serious than we thought as gangrene had set in my appendix. Much care was taken and it was removed without infecting any other areas. Pictures were provided and an explanation of the recovery process was given while I was coming out of anesthesia. He again met with me dressed as before with the addition of the Scrub cap of the Texas Flag. He explained again to me in the presence of my Cowboy what was found and what to expect in recovery. The follow up visit to his office fit right in with his persona of complete country opposed to urban hype. Dr. Aquino is all about the business of healing, investigating each case and solving the problem of each patient. A person in need will never be denied. Dr. Aquino knows his business. I had full surgery. Extremely professional. Highly recommend.

Total patient abandonment. The nurse in charge will also be reported. The nurse and front desk are extremely rude. I have recorded everything for my protection. They screwed up with pain management medication twice prescribing the wrong medication that causes me ulceration and anaphilactic shocks due to my medical condition and autoinmune disorder. Its all in my medical chart. The nurse is a gate keeper that does not convey the patients neccesities. Dr. Aquino has never answers the on call answering service and I had to end up in the emergency room twice. When you call the answering service for something serious they tell you to go to the emergency room. My wound is very ulcerated and is not healing. It has been 18 days since my surgery and my wound ulcerationis increasing in size. They denied me a referral to a wound Doctor. I haven't been able to sit yet from the hemorrectomy and is causing me a great deal of pain. Today they deny to see me at their office and they will not correct the wrong Rx they prescribed for pain because I have been complaining about their treatment and now they treat me with a vindictive animosity. Now they denied me pain medication. I never encounter this kind of issue with any Doctor in my 54 years of life. Please avoid this Doctor by all means. They are all nice and dandy when you register for surgery, but afterwards they treat you with disrespect and much disdain. Stay away from them. I went to the emergency room today and they told me that the wound looks very bad and they referred me to a wound specialist to correct this ulcerated wound that is not healing...all this because the surgeon denied to give me a referral to see the wound Doctor. I will be posting graphic pictures of thevarea so that you can see the after surgery picture and after 18 days of surgery....I will also post the referral given to me at the ER recommending me to go to a wound doctor. Also their office is very filthy and will not pass critical control hazzard points inspection. I will not follow up to my next appointment. I don't care about posting this graphic pictures...but I do it for the well being of people who may consider using him. People need to know about this Doctor Aquino. They are very despotic. I also forgot to mention that we agreed that I was going to go under anesthesia for other medical reasons....and they ended up sedating me. The process was extremely painful and very unpleasant. I felt unpleasant pain during the procedure and the meds made me talk a lot of private personal life experiences during the procedure. Briefly...they didn't give anesthesia, I'm having post surgery complications and now they are denying me pain treatment. This office will be reported to a medical review board and I will sue them. I cannot post the pictures next to my postings.....but you can see 3 progressive pictures attached to my profile in google. You draw your own conclusions. Please avoid them by all means.

I highly recommend Dr. Aquino. His finely tuned skill was apparent in the fact that I healed very quickly. He was most accommodating as was his staff. His office is comfortable and welcoming. Dr. Riser

I was diagnosed with a thrombosed hemorrhoid and called Dr Aquino's office and was set up an appoinment for the very next morning. I was so nervous but the staff made me feel so safe and assured me if I needed them all I had to do was make a phone call and I had a few issues just where I had questions and they helped me through my healing process. Dr, Aquino is an angel, we love him and his staff. I would highly recommend any of my family or friends to him that may encounter the need for his specialty. He is an old school physician who appreciates his patients, he gives you all the time you may need. He is not a modern, take your money, possibly give you 5 minutes of him time kind of doctor. On our first visit for a consultation on a colostomy reversal, he spent 1-1/2 hours with us in his office, during the visit he requested the notes on the previous emergency surgery that had occurred one year before, talked personally with my husbands cardiologist and explained what he would be able to do. He was confident in his ability to repair my husband back to his normal capabilities. After explaining what he would do, he then proceeded to examine my husband in an exam room..extremely thorough. We scheduled the surgery I believe about a month from that date, due to getting clearances from our cardiologist. He has an absolutely wonderful bedside manner. We owe our future livelihood to him. His staff was very efficient and helpful in every way. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

The office was very clean. Office staff was very compassionate and easy to work with. The doctor took his time and listened to my problems and even called my doctor while I was there to get my correct history.

He took his time with me and made sure I understood what was going on and what was going to take place. He was very gentle. The office was very clean. His staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

Don't be fooled by the boots! Dr. Marcus Aquino is a friendly, compassionate, caring doctor. These traits are evident from the beginning. Even more important, he is so knowledgeable about his specialty and possesses the techniques necessary to apply the knowledge. The staff he employs in his office exhibit the same traits. The patient is made to feel welcome throughout the experience, whether a one time visit or several visits. i appreciated being able to get an appointment in a timely manner and having all my questions answered as well as an explanation of the procedure. I am very grateful that I found Dr. Aquino. The care I received was tops. I will definitely return should I have any problem in his area of expertise. I would recommend him highly to any friend or family member who needed his expertise to cure a problem.

The office over view is very clean with outstanding respectful staff with great attitudes. The parking was roomy for my big f350 truck and the over view of the outside surroundings seem safe. What I would tell anyone having Colon issues is seek help quickly. I would chose this doctor again as I did this time and with all respect he knows his work and the human body functions. He explains it all in details of every step before the surgery. I find this to be very comforting. Dr. Marcus helped me and got me back on my feet, back to work and answered every question I asked.
