Doctors don't get enough thanks for all they do to keep us healthy and to keep our bodies moving. This office is full of people who care from Dr. C to Retta to the office staff. Each and everyone have been amazing. I have been a patience there for over 6 years, as has my husband, daughter and mother.

Good Doctor

Be prepared to go broke and be treated like a drug addict even if you are not. Practice codes labs so they are not paid by your insurance. Terrible all the way around

After my first appointment I am not impressed. I told them I was a new patient and they gave me forms to fill out relating to insurance and billing; oddly enough, there was no family history form or questions about previous doctors offices. I thought this a bit odd at the time but thought perhaps they would give these to me after I filled out the billing information. They never did. So, I went into this exam room to speak to a doctor who had no idea about my family history, and apparently no intent of contacting my previous physician for any medical records. She never asked about family history either. She cut me off short often, and gave me the over all feeling that she felt I was ill-educated and a hypochondriac. I doubt if she actually heard half of what I said. However, she did order a rather large battery of blood tests and told me to come back in 2 weeks. I will keep my next appointment and wait to form a solid opinion of her office and her ability to listen to her patients until afterward. My initial experience was not encouraging.

She is a warm dedicated doctor .She Really listen and treats accordingly. I have highly recommended to several people! And will continue to!

I was forced to see this doctor during a recent hospital stay. She ordered useless and expensive tests. My family inquired about my care and well being and she spoke to them as if they were no better than an animal. She seemed to care more about her appearance than the care of her patients. This doctor needs to understand the value of the lives she holds in her hands. We are parents, children, employees and friends. We have lives and health which are important to us and we trust the person who cares for us will fully understand what is expected of her. Ms. Concepcion, shamefully, does not.

As a basic family doctor, she is fine. But if you have any kind of specialized issues, it is in your best interest to go to a specialist. Doctors need to know their limitations of knowledge and expertise. If a doctor doesn't refer you out and tries to handle everything him/herself, then you are not getting the best or most accurate care.

worst dr ever my husband had have some paperwork filled out for short term disabilty and it litteraly has come to the point where he almost didn't get a pay check and she charges 10.00 to fil out paperwork horrible

10 waiting chairs in a 10x5 waiting area so you're sitting ontop of the person next to you. Office staff is rude and their area is a mess. Dr was nice but interrupted me half way through me telling here why I was there. Felt rushed. I wanted a blood test for something specific and she ordered other blood tests in addition to it that have nothing to do with it (I checked it out online). She went on vacation which is fine - for 3 weeks. While she was gone, I had to call the office 2 weeks after my test to get a copy of the test results sent to me. I also asked them why they haven't put a claim in to my insurance yet and they said it usually takes 3 weeks. However, they did it soon after I called them. At the visit they charged me $120. I asked them if that was for the whole thing - yes. I told them my insurance should cover some of it. They said I still had a deductible to cover. I said, yes but my insurance should cover some of it. They said they'd put in a claim and reimburse me anything they covered. They ended up putting a claim in for $140. Two months goes, no word from them. I go there to get my $120 back. They were never going to give it to me unless I went there and got it myself. Asked them why they put a claim in for $140 and they said they gave me a discount because I had a deductible - makes no sense. So they kind of scammed the insurance company. They certainly didn't look happy to pay me back. Still have not heard from the doctor about my test results. When I called about my results they did say I would have to make an appt to go over them. Why? I've never had to go in again for results for anything, especially a blood test where nothing was terribly wrong. I figured I'd wait until she got back from vacation - you'd think her or a nurse would call me about the results. Nope. Very unprofessional. I took it upon myself to google everything. Don't go here. This place did not live up to my standards and shouldn't live up to yours.

Uncaring and rude....have noticed them laughing at patients after the patient ask questions.....still having problems with them faxing my files to my new PCP...still waiting after 8months of request...Dr Conception has said several time that she will look into this matter and nothing has been done. Her Husband is the office manager and he ignores the matter as well..they let the staff do what ever they want and just laugh about it.....I dont recommend seeing her if you want proper care...

Totally incompetent staff. Too many instances to mention. She is great, but I am considering switching doctors because of her staff.

She is a wonderful Doctor! Her staff is couteous most of the time. However I usually have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen. Also the waiting room is cramped so if your clostephobic don't go to that office.

Don't ask for anything from there staff. nothing ever gets done and phone calls are never returned. Message's to the doctor are never given to here. When a medicine is not available with your insurance it takes about 2-3 months to get a response from her statff. Medical records are never sent to refering doctors or in you change pcp your records are never sent, i have waited 5 months and still nothing. when you ask a question you are transfered at least 3-4 times or left on hold for more that 20 min. And of course when you let the doctor know whats going on she always say's she'll take care of it, but it the same thing all over again. Dr Concepcion is a great doctor don't get me wrong its here staff that doesn't do there work.

I must say that Dr. Concepcion is the most careing doctor I have met in a long time. She has the best bedside manner anyone can ask for. Both Dr. Concepcion and Her staff are of the finest kind. Rate a #10+ in my book
