Absolutely horrible. His first statement to me was "if I'd known you were perscribed this medication, I'd would never have agreed to see you". Most uncaring, rude person I have met. "Do no harm" is not part of his oath. Now his office has sent me a notice I need an annual visit, never would I go back to this man or his office.

Didn’t listen to my problems with my allergies! Said l was the problem ! It’s all in my head! Then he denied saying anything ! Looking for new Dr.

Dr. Carbonell, listens to the patient doesn't rush through the appointment. Also, some test can be done in the office instead of going to the hospital. Highly recommend Dr. Carbonell.

Excellent physician who truly cares for his patients. He’s been my primary care dr for years and for my husband as well. His staff is efficient, professional, and kind. They all communicate well with the patients. The office is clean and beautiful.

My wife and I have been a patient of his for 12 years. He has been the most attentive physician we have had. I have had several surgeries and I can count on him to visit me in the hospital no matter what time it may be. The staff in his office are the most competent individuals in the profession. First visit to establish relationship with this medical practice. Dr. Carbonell was very pleasant and thorough. Appointment was on time and not rushed in any way. EKG and vitals were taken by Two very efficient staffers. Recommendations were made and a plan of treatment was given. All in all it was a very positive experience.

Dr. Carbonell is a wonderful doctor. He has been caring for my 93 year old mother for several years. He always has the patient’s best interest at heart and wants only for them to have the best quality of life possible. He is attentive, caring and compassionate and always makes time to see her whenever any little emergencies arise, which is a regular occurrence for an elderly patient like my mom. His staff is also top notch and we appreciate their care and concern. We highly recommend Dr. Carbonell.

Primary Care Physician for the past 7 years. Referred after original doctor (for 20 years) changed practice. Prompt and attentive. Always reviews medical history (current) and listens to patient. Staff are pleasant but more important professional and caring. Would and do refer friends or individuals to practice.

I have been a patient of Dr Carbonells for about 4 years & in that time I have been very happy with my care! Recently his office considered switching over to concierge service called mdvip. Many doctors are doing this to try to get back to a smaller practice to try and give more personalized care. However after he seen that many of his patients simply could not afford it he decided not to do this! This speaks volumes to how much he and his staff care for their patients! Also over the past 9 months I have had several medical issues that we haven’t been able to pin point. Dr Carbonell and his staff have literally held my hand, walked me through all the specialists appointments and listened to my tears of frustration when no one was able to help me! Then when I heard about breast implants possibly causing medical issues their office supported me in my decision to explant and now I am almost 5 weeks explant and guess what many of my issues are going away! Thank you Dr Carbonell for making me feel safe during this whole process and in my opinion going above and beyond for me!

Small close knit office, employees have been steady over the years so you are always aware of who you are talking with. The physician is a single provider so you see him every visit..not a physician assistant.

Dr. Carbonell has been my primary care for a year. Nice enough to speak to, but both he and his office are terrible as far as follow-up. Went in because I had an acute attack of back pain. Sent me for an X-ray. Didn't get a call from their office about the results; had to call myself. First the receptionist said she didn't think they had the results yet, that the person who goes through the faxes had a stack that she had to go through. Called me back and said the results were inconclusive and I needed to get an MRI. I scheduled the MRI, and two weeks later still hadn't heard from the office. I called them, and it was deja vu all over again. The receptionist at first said she couldn't find the results, but that the person who goes through the faxes still had a stack of them to go through. They called me back five minutes later to tell me I had arthritis in my back and, oh by the way, I have two cysts on my liver. So they scheduled me for an ultrasound. Had that done. They called me the next week on my cell phone and told me that everything was okay. I did not ask any questions at that point because I was not home and with other people. So I called the office the next day and asked the receptionist to have the doctor call me because I had a few questions I wanted to ask him. The receptionist said that the doctor never calls anyone back on the phone, that I would have to come in for an appointment! (Of course I know this is so that they can collect a charge from Medicare.) So I told her I only had a few questions and I would really like to speak to the doctor. Then she said that she could answer my questions. I said, no, I want to speak to the doctor because I had medical questions she could not answer. She insisted she could, so I asked her a question, and she proceeded to read from the report. I told her that I too could read and asked her another question. At this time she admitted she could not answer my question, so I again insisted on speaking to at least the nurse, at which point she got a nasty tone and said she was going to end the call. I told her if she did that, I would contact the Board of Physicians. Then she said that the nurse was filling out paperwork, but that she would put her on the line. When the nurse got on the line, that is when I was told that there were in fact no cysts on my liver after all, something they had not told me initially. I had had enough with the office at that point and did not want to continue a conversation. So I told the nurse I needed my records printed out and I would pick them up. Dr. Carbonell never did call me. The information that I had cysts on my liver was especially worrisome because my father had died from liver cancer. Carbonell's office was abrupt, unprofessional, and their actions conveyed a lack of concern for my care. Coincidentally, two days later I received a letter from Carbonell's office stating they were going to a concierge type practice and it would be an additional $1800 per year if we wanted to continue with them.

Just about every appointment I set up through this office there was an issue, either the appointment time was wrong I’ve been lied to by this office they fail to send proper paperwork to outside work I needed. When I asked my information was not told me they told me they left me a voicemail and I don’t even have a voicemail box so I’m currently sitting in a waiting room an hour and a half after my appointment waiting for the office to open so they can finish sending in missing paperwork to the hospital

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They all appear to be content and happy working there, and together. Dr. Carbonell is takes the time to go through your chart with you. Explaining anything that you might need additional information on. He's easy to talk to about any concerns you may have. Kind of like a friend you've known for years. Tells it like it is, mixed with a bit of humor which is a fresh breath of air considering other local doctors I've encountered. I do highly recommend Dr. Carbonell to my family & friends.

A honest and helpful doctor with a very caring staff. Easy to see and talk with about health issues. I wish I had met him earlier.

He is awsome. He is always right with he diagnosis the first time. Great sense of humor. Takes his time with us never in a rush. Debbie his nurse is the best.
