Dr. Mariusz Jerzy Klin, MD

Showed up for appointment on time at 3:30pm. Sat in the waiting room untill 6pm when I was brought back to another room to set and waite another 1 1/2 hours before anyone came in to see me. So my appointment time was 3:30pm and I was not seen untill 7pm. Never again. So feed up with this place. And I still have a hour and half drive to get home.

I have only seen Dr Klin 2 times for procedures and twice in his office. The wait is horrible! HYoh never know when .or if he will show. However the bright spot is his awesome office staff and the P.A. Linda Drunkard. She is fast and thorough.

Great doc and staff

I have been seeing Dr Klin for over 10 years now and cannot recommend a better Dr.Klin, very knowledgeable in his care but very busy and have a extended wait time to see him.Service by girls at desk leaves a lot of disappointment except office manager is extremely nice and knowledgeable.

I went to see Dr Klin, due to having GI problems. My stomach was burning for months. I was back and forth from the ER without answers. After seeing Dr Klin I am so much better. Thanks for listening !

He didn’t know who I was or my medical condition the day of my procedure. He keeps trying to get me to return and do the same procedure. If he can’t fix the problem the first 3 times, why would I let him do it again?

Didn’t show up after lunch

Will never recommend this doctor to anyone. He’s a no show to patients. A whole room filled up while we were there. We got there at 12:30. Only to be told over hour 1/2 later that he wouldn’t be in the office. Even when we were the 1st person to be called. They were going to try to sneak us in with the nurse practitioner. We drove 2 hours to see a specialist and didn’t get to see him and now driving 2 hours back. If we wanted to see the nurse practitioner we would have made an appointment for that. But didn’t. Not pleased at all!!

Klin is arrogant and condescending at the same time. Tried to steal me from my regular GI doctor, when he saw me in the hospital! He tried to tell me how much BETTER he was than my doctor, and that he could do SO MUCH MORE than my doctor. That's crap. Then he tried to force me to get a procedure that I did NOT need. I wouldn't go to him, if he were the last GI doctor in Bay County.

Dr. Klin and his medical staff are thoughtful, courteous and professional. Dr. Klin is the hardest working, most through Doctor I have ever had take care of me and my specific problems. He is in very high demand, and he works selflessly to take care of anyone who comes to him for help! Thank God for Dr. Klin the man is a Saint! He worked miracles for me!

Worst Doctor I ever had the mispleasure of seeing, long,long wait times in his office, spends no time with you, ordered test, never could get results of the tests, office staff extremely rude. terrible experience, don't subject yourself to the abuse.

Dr. Klin was three hours late for first appointment, tried to walk out twice and was talked back, wish I had . The waiting room got so full ,it was standing room only, mostly elderly people. gave my seat up twice. Got in the office witch was freezing, and waited almost an hour, walked out just in time to be called back by Dr. Klin. he spent less than ten min. assured me I needed an colonoscopy, I already knew that . he charged 260 dollars! I asked how much this was gonna be with my insurance, since it was not preventative, they told me about 480 dollars, didnt mention the charge for the sugery center, 490dollars, other smaller charges that I expected. Day of colonoscopy, he again was over three hour late! While I sat, starving, freezing in a crowded surgery center. people I spoke to said this was normal for his office. He may be a good Dr. but he needs to quit being greedy, and learn to budget his time, you only can see so many patients a day. The whole ordeal cost me over 1240.00!

Overlooks, extremely long waits, unnecessary tests

I have seen this Dr. for months for issues with weight loss, pain, and diarrhea. He did a through Endoscopy and Colonoscopy, but I sat in recovery waiting for him to come speak to us and he left the building never saying a word. After diagnosing me with symptoms that were causing some of my issues he never bothered to find out any root cause assuming I take a ton of Ibuprofen every single time I said my stomach hurt even though I take none. He has said my stomach pain (he diagnosed with gastritis) was an ovarian cyst and costochondritis two separate times. He has gotten on to me for stopping medication he told me to stop over the phone them told me to start another medication then never wrote the script. He is condescending, rude, acts as though you are wasting his time. Wait time at the office average is 3 hours or more.

Been a pt 3yrs now, he is far the best doctor I've ever met, he is extremely intelligent, compassionate, & a truly outstanding doctor. The wait is longer than expected, but I count myself truly lucky to have found this amazing gastroenterologist. The staff accommodated me the best way possible & are extremely empathetic, sincere, and always smiling, which can truly better the atmosphere of an office. He will go over & beyond to find the problem & a treatment plan. I would highly recommend!

He assumes the worst ...said I was going to die without even knowing what my problem was. He wasn't my doctor but was in my hospital room every day with his gloom and doom. He will never be my doctor. Stay away from him.

Only doctor I trust with my needs. I have a family history of Colon Cancer, and I have the checkups every two years and so far every visit has been excellent.

Busy doctor, great doctors are. Sick, he gave me the correct medication and treatment. I am glad I went to see him, even if I had to wait. You choose your doctor, word is out, your wait may be long. Schedule your times wisely, but you will be better when he helps get you better. Stop crying, cry babies: Very busy man, trying to help everyone. Operations, office visits, and working in the hospital. Everyone wants to see him for help.

worst visit ever! first visit I waited over 3 hours to see Dr. on a Friday afternoon. Finally got to see him and he spent maybe 5 minutes in the office with me. I finally got out of his office at 7pm. The day of my procedure (screening colonoscopy), I waited in pre-op from 6:30am until 9:45 am because Dr. Klin was NOT even in the hospital. At my follow up visit, I waited 3 hours in the waiting room, finally got in a room, only to find out Dr. Klin wasn't in the building AT ALL. I waited 1 more hour and he still had not made it "back from lunch". I told his front desk/staff I would never be back and I would tell everyone I knew not to come to this physician. I don't care if he's an excellent, knowledgeable doctor, he's the worst with overbooking, He was never on time in my 3 visits. and everyone I've talked to says the same thing. His lobby was PACKED full and everyone had the same story........they had all been waiting hours for their appointment. If you are that money hungry and greedy that you have to quadruple book patients, you need to find another line of work.
