Dr. Artusio recently performed my inguinal hernia repair. He and his staff provided exceptional care throughout the process. The preop instructions were clear and the Covid test was scheduled by appointment at the surgical facility. During the 6 week recovery period, Dr. Artusio was always available to answer questions by phone or in person. I recommend him without reservation.

I recently had my gallbladder removed, which was my first time ever in having any kind of surgery. There was a certain amount of anxiety that I had since I had no prior experience. However, Dr. Artusio and his staff made me feel very comfortable leading up to the procedure and explained everything very thoroughly. The day of and after the procedure, I was treated very well with follow up calls on how I was recovering. The surgery itself went smoothly without any issues. The whole experience was very easy and I was made to be as comfortable as possible before, during and after.

I came to Dr. Artusio with a minor issue and during my appointment he found something that I wasn't there for. He explained to me the situation and immediately had a procedure set up for me with another specialist before I left his office and after that visit had another appt. for more testing lined up right away. I have NEVER had a Dr. move so quickly on my behalf. All of my appts. were done within a weeks time until the issue was diagnosed which has ended up with the removal of a mass. The staff and the communication was the best I have ever experienced! I truly am thankful and impressed by this office and this Dr.

Dr. Artusio in my humble opinion is like a real life "Dr. House". I came to him with a relatively small surgical issue and during his assessment he discovered what is called an "incidental finding"; he found another problem during his assessment. That finding ended up being a very large mass, and he referred me to a nationally renowned Orthopaedic Oncologist. The Oncologist discovered that I had a cancerous tumor and if I had waited even few months longer without treatment, I would have lost entire leg. Because of this experience, I praise Dr. Mark Artusio for his investigative prowess, professionalism, and the very best bedside manner you could hope for. Although he humbly will tell you he is "just doing his job" I really wanted to share this story. Thanks Dr. Artusio and Staff!

Dr. Artusio was very thorough & thoughtful at my consult & then determined I needed my gallbladder removed. He answered all of my questions & even had a drawing that he went through on what he would do during my surgery. I was seen on a Fri. & then was at the TJ Surgery Center on the following Wed. The staff there was also AMAZING! At my 2 week follow up appt., again Dr. Artusio was very thorough & caring with my questions & went through the dozen or so pics he took during my procedure to show me all that he did. I've never had anyone be that thorough & it was much appreciated. Staff is great & I highly recommend them if you need their services. Thank you!
