Dr. Mark Anthony Finno, MD

Brought my mom-in-law to him, referred by her cardiologist. She has severe stenosis with neuropathy. She can barely walk and no doctors or NPs have helped her or manage her pain. She has been dismissed, invalidated, neglected by pcps and pain clinics. Given meds that dont work no matter how high the dosage.. Dr Finno knew right away after looking at her mri images that this pain is real and she is not getting the care she needs. He’s ordered a new mri and is sending her to his partner Dr Zannikos in their Natick office (the surgeon). And also recommends she find a pain clinic that WILL manage her pain. She’s been to the ER from bad neuropathy flare ups and those doctors also told her to find someone that will help her, they said she shouldn’t have to go to the ER where she could get sick from exposure. Dr Finno listened and knew exactly what she needed. He’s fantastic and brilliant. And a fast talker! You’ll get a lot from one visit lol

I went to Dr. Finno with a work-related back injury. He was convinced the pain I was experiencing was just a muscular reaction to the incident and there were no spinal issues to be concerned with. He did not want to take x-rays, nor employ any other form of examination. In his own words, "It's too complicated to schedule those things." He advised against seeing a chiropractor because "he didn't like them," and did not even try to accrue physical therapy for me. His "treatment" was to keep pushing myself until I was better. After 2 months of wasting my time, on our last appointment, even when I reported that I was still experiencing symptoms and pain, he told me to go back to full duty. He said I was feeling the way I was feeling because I wasn't getting to do the things I wanted. He discontinued my visits unless my symptoms got worse. To conclude, I've been going to a chiropractor, against Dr. Finno's advice, and my entire back and body feel SO MUCH BETTER. Thanks, Dr. Finno.

Dr. Finno was excellent at diagnosing and treating my neck, shoulder and arm pain after having therapy for a pinched nerve by a chiropractor and physical therapist that didn't work. He read my MRI, expertly located the problem and discussed options for treatment. He then patiently explained everything to me in a clear language that left me feeling confident and comfortable about the injection procedure. His professional, yet personal, approach put me at ease and I would highly recommend him. His staff was knowledgeable and friendly and accommodated my scheduling requests. I am finally feeling relief after weeks of pain, thanks to Dr. Finno!

I believe he never looked at my MRI just wanted to do injections, he was in such a hurry because he was running late in his day that he hit a nerve on my second injunction now I’m worse than I was before. When questioned why I had numbness running down my leg his answer was I don’t know. But go back to work your ok. He must get a kick back for sending patients back to work before being ready! Your asked to show up 15 minutes early then you can wait almost an hour for you appointment. I Do Not Recommend this so called doctor.

I had a gréât expérience With Dr Finno. Hé is an awesome doctor who diagnosed my problèm and fixed my leg pain with an injection. I can’t thank him enough for how helpful hé was and how clear hé was in explaining thé problèm and thé treatment!

went to see Dr Finno in the Natick office for severe back pain. I already had a cat scan before the appointment. I had the scan done because i have stage 4 active cancer the scan showed a disc problem. Dr Finno never looked @ the scan or did he read my chart. I found him to be abrupt , condescending & no bedside manner @ all. He actually brought me to tears. i went there for help and received no help @ all.

Dr. Finno is kind, caring and thorough. He treats his patients with dignity.
