This doctor is gifted. I will be going back to get my other knee replacement this year. Healing was never so easy.

Everything went smoothly. All staff members were professional, kind and efficient. Dr. Gittins listened to my symptoms and even brought up some I had not mentioned. He confirmed with x-rays and described the procedure he recommended. He understood and was willing to work with my scheduling and insurance constraints. Hip surgery scheduled before I left the office. Less thane 1 hour from check in to walking out the door.

Awesome care

This office is so well run, when I was there I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Dr Gittins, partially replaced both my knees, he explained every step of the surgery and I followed his post op instructions and recovered nicely. Dr. Gittins and all the staff at the orthpedic center and the Mt. Carmel hospital are nothing but professional, kind,very caring, and always smiling. I have had three surgerys by Dr. Gittins and all three times my recovery went very smooth. I can't say enough about him. My family was treated with nothing but kindness and respect too. I would recommend the New Albany Orthpedic group to anyone and have already.

There is only one place to go if you need orthopedic care. Dr. Gittins and the staff at OrthoNeuro were prompt, caring and professional. X-rays were a breeze, diagnosis and treatment outstanding. Thankful to have access to such a fine team!

Very nice doctor

Dr. Mark Gittens is amazing. I needed a total knee replacement but was concerned because my other leg is a prosthesis so nothing could go wrong. He hit on all the necessary precautions before I even asked about them. I was walking faster than the nurse could within 90 minutes of surgery. Climbing stairs the same day. In Physical therapy 2 days post surgery. Now at 30 days out I am back to my active life with little discomfort. This guy is great. If ya don’t like him it’s because you didn’t give 100% on your end of the deal.

I had hip replacement and dr Gittins also removed three pins which had been in place for forty-plus years! I would recommend Dr Gittins to anyone I know and am thoroughly impressed with his entire staff! Excellent surgeon!!

Excellent service

I had a partial knee replacement and have had trouble ever since. I have called and had follow up appointments. I'm not sure what to do because the doctor says its fine. I'm at my wits in.
