No issues with Dr Winston but office managers are unprofessional.

Dr Winston is the best. In my case he explained how it would be if I didn’t have the surgery. He left it up to me to decide , no pressure, calm and direct. I was told by Dr. Winston during my appointment on 7/25 that Brittany would call to schedule the CAT Scan Dr. Winston wanted to further diagnose my wrist problem. Since then, after wading through the robot and voice mail messages, I have still not been able to get the CAT Scan scheduled. Communication is poor at best.

I visited with Dr. Winston in search of a second opinion on an issue I was having with my left hand/wrist due to severe RA. At the end of my first visit, surgery was kinda ruled out for the time being, I was ok with his recommendations. A few months went by and the issue grew, when I say he wasted no time getting me scheduled to fix my hand and wrist, I was in and out of surgery in less than a month. I saw him today for what I’ll call my last visit unless something else comes up, I would recommend his services without hesitation. My hand is healing very well and you can hardly see the scar, thank you Dr. Winston for making my hand look normal again????

Dr. Winston has done a great job meeting my needs as I rushed to get the operation scheduled soon. Has done good at doing a follow up call after the operation. Not often has this been done. Still waiting to see the results from the operation in a few months we need to do a follow up.

First Dr Winston introduced himself as Mark which really made me feel more comfortable. Dr "Mark" thoroughly explained my condition & pointed out findings of X-rays. He's very professional & has a Kind demeanor.

Dr Winston is a great listener, answered all questions patiently, and my appointments never felt rushed. I highly recommend him and his helpful support staff, Brittany & Annie, and all X-ray techs & office staff with whom I had contact. My fracture did not require immediate surgery, and I am grateful that Dr Winston allowed time for rehab & recovery, without rushing that decision, so that surgery was not necessary in the end. He has a humble, gentle "bedside manner" & enjoyed my small victories with me along the way, making me feel he was equally vested in a positive outcome.
