Please using the most current technology tools If you had them when prescriptions are called into the incorrect pharmacy the patient would immediately be aware and could work with the staff to get it corrected real time instead of almost 24 hours later.

Office staff incompetent. Sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy not even the correct chain! My other Dr actually had his staff pick and deliver prescriptions when they make a mistake. Hate to see what would happen when they let the non professionals fill out the prescriptions on line who then mess up the prescription for a critically ill patient. Don’t go here!

There is no doctor more caring and more qualified than Dr. Karchon. If you look up family doctor in the dictionary you’ll find his picture. The most patient doctor ever. Love him and his staff.

Dr. Karchon is knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly. He takes the time for each patient to receive his full attention. His diagnosis is always comprehensive and correct. Our entire family is grateful to have him as our family physician. I don't mind waiting for him to see me because I know he is giving care to other patients and I will also get my fair share.

Was trying to sell extra's cosmetic stuff, vitamins, etc instead of sticking to what his main purpose is. I had an MRI done report sent to him, no follow up, I was in great pain and had another Doc friend, read the report to explain what was needed next, that's when I found another Doc.

My children and I have been seeing Dr. Karchon for many years. After seeing different doctors when oldest son was younger we just happen to stumble across Dr. Karchon working at an after hours clinic when my son was about 1 1/2 yrs old and had an asthma attack. That was about 18 yrs ago and we have been with him ever since. Would not go anywhere else. For quite sometime we would even drive an hour for appointments
