Dr. Mark Harold Kogan, MD

Dr Kogan is always attentive, friendly and professional. He takes time with each patient to ensure all their issues are addressed. His new office manager is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Dr is very engaged and understanding, sensitive and patient.

I have prohibited Dr. Kogan to retire! He is professional, knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. He listens to you and works with you. I only go to Dr. Kohan for my Gai problems and he has always helped me!

Somewhat difficult to get an appointment but once there staff was helpful. Doctor Kogan was great, he was a few minutes late but once in really listened to what I was saying and didn't seemed rushed as many of my doctors are. Has a great bedside manner.

I have never been treated worse in my life. The staff apparently hate their job, they are miserable and make sure the patients know they are not welcomed. The Dr. I was referred to passed me to his partner, who passed me to his partner, who passed my to her partner, who spent approximately five minutes with me, and told me nothing, I told them what my referring general practitioner already knew. It was bad enough being sneered at by the condescending staff while in the office without also having them openly insulting me over the phone as well! Patronizing this practice was the biggest waste of time and money - they were no help, but made sure they got the money they never earned - "thieves" and "quacks" is all I can think of to describe this practice. Avoid them at all costs - if your life/health is important to you and your loved ones, seek treatment somewhere else, anywhere else, from people who truly want to help you!

Prescriptions not being called in as promised on 3 occasions.Each time i had to call them to get them to call in the prescriptions. I called over a week ago and my pharmacy still has not been called. My first visit, the receptionist was rude. no call back after with test results. Call the office at 9:20 get the answering service which is rude. Twice i called after 9am they were not in yet. My feeling is that the office is run poorly, but Dr. Kogan is very nice.I have to call them to forward records to my primary dr. which was the referring dr. Long waits to have have dr. call back.
