I used to work at Primary Care Specialists and most medical personnel including physicians rely on Dr. Mansfield for medical care and advice.

I have seen Mark Mansfield for a number of years. It has always been with great care and results from this office. The care comes from all staff, nurses, and receptionist. I have always had fairly short waiting time in the office and while waiting they have always kept a close watch on me. Thanks to this office my pain levels have been controlled. Easy access to the office from the Freeway as well.

When I moved to Pocatello, 5 of 5 people I asked said Dr. Mansfield is the best physician in town. He is very thorough and to the point. A little like House but smarter.

Great with children of all ages. He goes out of his way to acknowledge kids and treats them like they're important, but in a professional manner. Not enough people do that anymore. I'm impressed!

Don't care for him. If you need to, see one of the PA's.

Doctor will not respond to phone calls. Staff has I don't care attitude.

I have had many doctors that were not very good. I have found Mansfield to be very organized and very particular in everything he does. He drives his people in the office to a high degree. He spends more time with me then any other doctor I have ever seen. One item that is a drawback is that he expects you to exercise and if you do not, he does not seem to want to help you with your issue. I Know I should, it is my fault for not exercise and I really should and it would help more then anything, but there is still other things that would help. Overall he is by far the best doctor I have seen in Pocatello or Nampa.

He's a good doctor, very efficient, can be a little condescending at times, writing while I'm talking, giving me the impression that he's not really listening.

Had major problems with Mansfield. I would not recommend anyone to visit this physiscian.
