I recently needed a right half thyroidectomy and was referred to Dr. Mark Niederee. From my first office visit to a needle biopsy to my surgery Dr. Niederee and Juana (his nurse) and his staff were polite, personal, professional, and talked to me about what needed to be done. He treated me as a partner in my care and always left time for me to ask questions and to receive answers. My surgery went very well and my follow up appointment went very well. I had a few questions after my surgery on the care of my incision and when I could restart my regular medicines and it was very easy to get in touch with Dr. Niederee through his nurse Juana. I feel better now and I can hardly see the incision from the surgery. My voice is better now too (I did not realize how my voice had deteriorated). I am very pleased with the care that I received. My office appointments were always on time. I would highly recommend Dr. Niederee and his staff as I received great care!!
