Friendly and welcoming staff! I was seen very efficiently and after the MA saw me I didn't wait long thereafter for X-rays or to be seen by Dr. Schrumpf. Dr. Schrumpf was friendly, warm and efficient. I didn't feel like I was getting rushed so he can stay on schedule. After his evaluation he asked if I had any questions. He answered them and gave honest feedback that was based on information and not "feeling". I'd go back in a heartbeat.

I love this practice, always amazing attention and availability. I was very impressed with Dr. Shrumpf and how well he took care of my shoulder problem. Following a break last year he was able to immediately diagnose my recent residual problem. A steroid injection immediately provided relief. I’d have no hesitation in recommmending his excellent care and practice!

I recently had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Mark Schrumpf at California Pacific Orthopaedics Group. Dr. Schrumpf performed, on separate occasions, a reverse shoulder replacement on my left, shoulder and a standard shoulder replacement on my right shoulder. Saw Dr Mark Schrumpf to get a second opinion on a surgical approach. I really appreciated that he took the time to hear the history of the injury and the non-op treatment plan I initially followed. This doctor and his group could care less about their patients, they are assembly line of an organization which is focused on getting the max number of patients in and out of their office and could care less about their patient care. AVOID at all costs.
