Dr. Mark Wayne Richardson, MD

I went to a hospital in my network to have surgery by a Dr in my network. I was in the hospital for a week and everything was covered by my insurance. Then out of the blue, wham! a sizable bill from Richardson. He is non-network. Beware!

This so called "doctor" nearly ended my wife's life. She spent two days in ICU over a simple operation, because of his negligence. He is the worst Anesthesiologist I have ever met. I know of several doctors in the Amarillo area that refuse to let him near their patients.

DR. RICHARDSON IS ONE OF THE MOST COMPASSIONATE DOCTORS WE HAVE MET. HE MADE MY FATHER FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND CONFIDENT IN HAVING HIM AS A SURGEON. THERE WERE SOME COMPLICATIONS NOT DUE DIRECTLY TO THE SURGERY AND DR. RICHARDSON WAS RIGHT THERE IN THE HOSPITAL VISITING MY DAD AND SEEING THAT HE WAS TAKEN CARE OF. HE HAD PERSONALLY TAKEN THE TIME TO SPEAK TO THE OTHER SPECIALISTS CONCERNING HIS RECOVERY, EVEN TO GO SO FAR AS TO CALL US AFTER HOURS TO GIVE US RESULTS OF HIS TESTS TO RELIEVE OUR MINDS. WE WOULD RECOMMEND DR. RICHARDSON TO ANYONE SEEKING AN EXCELLENT, CARING SURGEON.
