Dr Zachary is the best!

35 years ago today I was involved in a car crash that was so horrific the doctors gave me 24 hours to live. Enter Dr. Zachary who decided he wasn't about to let me go. His knowledge and ability saved my life. He was and always will be my angel.

Dr. Zachary is very competent. I met a woman at physical therapy that had been misdiagnosed for months. Dr. Zachary diagnosed me correctly on the first visit. He also listened to all my symptoms, was very patient. I am terrified of injections, and he gave me a steroid injection that was painless. It was such a relief not to be subjected to more pain, when I was already distressed.

Dr Zachary is professional, knowledgeable & excellent at explaining treatment options. Dr Zachary has treated me, my mom, my husband (a total knee), three of my nephews & several good friend's. He is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. I would recommend him to family & friends He will be my first choice when & if i ever need an orthopedist. I also choose a health plan that includes Dr Zachary.

I went to Dr. Zachary for my knee. He was very nice and personable. He listened to what I had to say then examined my knee. From his physical examination he told me what he expected it to be but we would wait for the MRI for the final diagnosis. He was totally correct. He knew from the hands on exam and his experience. At surgery he came to visit and put me totally at ease. Everything went well and I am now on the mend. I would go to him again.

Dr Zachary is a nice man and knows his trade well, he lined me out with a program to follow to get relief with a problem I have been being treated for, have been following his advice and getting very good result as long as I do what he advised me to do, the man knows what he is doing. In this day and age I wish there were more doctors like Dr Mark Zachery.

I was in horrible pain and not able to see my first ortho surgeon for over a month so my daughter found Dr. Zachary in BOMEX. She liked what she saw so called and they were able to get me in almost immediately. He listened to me and believed me when I told him that my meniscus was torn. I knew I also had arthritis but the pain was different. He confirmed the diagnosis and got me set up for immediate surgery. The tears were repaired and now I get gel shots from him for my arthritis. It really helps. I am very happy with Dr. Zachary and his staff.

Dr. Zachary is one of the finest orthopedic doctors that I have worked with. I came to Dr. Zachary after having a unpleasant experience with another doctor. I would recommend him for anyone having orthopedic problems.

I would highly recommend Dr. Mark Zachary to anyone who is experiencing any kind of joint pain. This is a doctor who "gets it" and actually listens to patients. His professionalism and demeanor put him in a class by himself. I recently had a knee replacement and Dr. Zachary was with me every step of the way. He uses surgery as a last resort, which I can appreciate. His follow up care was really appreciated. At no time did I feel alone. He is a shining star in my book and I've been seeing him for over five years. He is a phenomenal doctor.

Dr. Zachary was my mothers doctor for about 6 years, so when I needed surgery he was the doctor I knew I needed to see. Dr. Zachary explained to my husband and me what needed to be done with surgery, how it would be done and what to expect after. I was released from his care without spending unnecessary visits and money, just so he could keep collecting from insurance. My husband and I feel Dr. Zachary is not only a great surgeon but a friend too.

I came to Dr Zachary after being treated by several other doctors for osteoarthritis in my right knee. The cartilage had several fissures, which had been injected with Orthovisc and steroids, but after 3 months was still too painful to put any weight on it to walk without a cane. Rehabilitation exercises were being done, painfully, with no improvement. When I came to Dr Zachary's office, I had been walking with a cane for about 2 months. The staff there was very understanding, and the wait time was short.Dr Zachary assessed my problem immediately. He changed the rehabilitation exercises to one simple exercise to be done several times a day, with the addition of ankle weights. Over a short weekend, I was off the cane altogether.I am back at work, no cane, and continuing to exercise daily as Dr Zachary prescribed. Other doctors couldn't help me, but Dr Z knew exactly what to do. Thank you!

The Dr is wonderful and handled my sons broken wrist wonderfully. The problem I have is with the billing staff. They are rude, unsure if reimbursements of over payments were sent out. Then they tell me the money that they took from me prior to billing my insurance and HRA account was mailed out yet a week has gone by and I have confirmation from both insurance and Barbara that they were paid yet they still have all of my money that they collected.This is my fault to have paid them any money prior to them billing insurance. I know the process now and will not shell out money ever again, especially when there is plenty of money in my HRA and was NOT subjected to any payment out of my pocket.They were in a hurry to collect my money but not a priority to reimburse. They have been paid Twice for services rendered.In all fairness not sure if it is intentional or just the lack of knowledge on the staffs behalf.

Dr. Zachary is a caring, no-nonsense surgeon. He doesn't push surgery unless really needed or a life-quality issue. He takes time to answer any questions. He has performed shoulder and hand surgeries on my husband and me with the best results. We have recommended him to other people. His office staff is excellent. There's no feeling of being rushed.

Dr Zachary is well versed in all treatment modalities which include conservative care. If you end up needing surgery I would highly recomend him because he is an excellent surgeon who specialises in joint replacement and shoulder problems

Everyone on Dr.'s staff was friendly and caring. Dr. was very nice and caring about my pain. I believe miserable people will just be miserable for not getting what they want when they want it, and not all people click. I think Dr. Zachary is fantastic, even before my surgery.

Dr. Zachary has done 2 surgies on me. One on my knee and one on shoulder. Both were successes. He is gentle and caring. When I think of an othopedic surgeon and someone needs a referral I always refer Dr. Mark Zachary.
