Dr Black was the expert with an injection to help bursitis in my shoulder. She gave me great attention to detail and my wait was very short in the Lobby area. The staff who assisted her were kind and welcoming to me. It was a fine experience.

This was the first person in 4 yrs that touched me .I want the dr.to feel my spasms.and swelling.however I told the dr.i took nurotens basically for no reason.the reason was nuropothy.i have muscle spasm and can't wait yo come back ..

Dr.Black is very professional and a great surgeon. I would recommend her to anyone needing shoulder correction. My surgery was great and the healing went well. With any orthopedic issue, you the patient have to do the physical therapy. The physical therapy staff at North Grove medical were great also and they worked my shoulder back to health. Dr. Black does not sugar-coat your diagnosis or prognosis, so if you want someone to hold your hand, you don't need a surgeon, you need a puppy. Dr. Black is however, very, very good at what she does-surgery. She saw the x-ray, thoroughly explained my injury and how she would fix it. She took the time to make sure that I understood and she answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the surgery. She spoke with my family after surgery and made sure they knew what to expect, how to care for me, and how to get in touch with her and her staff if we needed her. I highly recommend Dr. Black if you need an orthopedic surgeon. I'm so incredibly glad she did my surgery.
