I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Having him as my obstetrician was an experience like no other! He’s the kindest, most genuine, and caring Doctor i’ve ever had. Every visit during my pregnancy, he made me feel important. I also never felt judged for any questions or comments i expressed to him.

Godly man & Doctor. Wouldn't want anyone else.

Dr. Phillips is absolutely Wonderful. He is Extremely Knowledgeable and Bedside Manner surpasses Any OB/GYN that I have experienced in various states & cities of the past 21 years! The staff is very Courteous.

My test results were lost. They did not offer me a visit to redo the tests by the doctor. I had to call daily only to find out nothing.

He did my hysterectomy in 2007 and I've been seeing him for appts instead of going on base at Maxwell ever since. The only complaint I guess I have is that he's always running late. I did have an issue with having to pay for an U/S out of pocket but that was Tricare's fault for not informing patients/doctors that they no longer back date anything and that I had to have Dr Phillips office call or get another referral from my pcm.
