Dr. G is always so easy to talk to and got involved in my P.T. after wards . He really cares , I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Dr. G is top notch! Not only is he personable and easy to talk to he also is a great surgeon. My hip surgery went without a hitch and I was up and moving right away. I recommend to my family and anyone who needs a surgeon.

Had two knee replacements done by Dr. Grothaus- he is wonderful!! If you do what he tells you, you will have a great recovery. Have to have shoulder replacement done and I will go wherever he is at to have it done.

So far everything is great. Had left hip replacement surgery Oct. 10, 2017. Everything went very smooth. Time of diagnosis to surgery about 7 weeks. Did own rehab at home and pushed myself and was actually walking on own after two weeks with no walker or cane. Is now Nov. 28 and able to walk a mile with little difficulty, up and down stairs effortlessly and with a little bit of strain can put sock on left foot. Highly recommend Dr. Grothaus . Dr. G is amazing!!!

Dr G is very knowledgeable. Our family has had 4 different surgeries with Dr G. He has always been amazing and we've had all great outcomes! Keep up the good work! But I will say while he was in Hicksville, Ohio we did have to wait once for 2 hours. Dr G was called out for emergency surgery from a car accident(thankfully wasn't us). So emergencies may come up when appointments are scheduled. Can be frustrating but his expertise may be needed on an emergency basis.

I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Grothaus and his staff. It has been a wonderful experience.

This surgeon is a very skilled conscientious professional. He made me feel as if I was his only patient. Spent time as an inpatient and outpatient and he literally saved my life when he discovered an infection that could have been fatal.!I highly recommend Dr. Grothaus.

I just heard he is moving offices . I will follow him as he is the best orthopedic doc I have ever been to. He cares and know his stuff!

I cannot stress enough how good Dr GROTHAUS was with my 81 yr old mother. She had a traumatic fall and injury and he was great from beginning to end. She has recovered and we owe it all to Dr GROTHAUS .

So attentive to our son and his fear. Cannot say enough good things about his expertise. Very happy with the care our son received for his elbow. Will go back.

I will definitely go back to him for my shoulder surgery. He was professional but also approachable. Very happy to have him in our community!

He is wonderful! Made my daughter feel much better and less worry about her playing basketball again. Would recommend him anytime.

Dr. Grothaus was thorough and explained exactly how surgery would go and what to expect. Spent time talking with my family .... He was very caring and went out of his way to take care of me. Very grateful that we have someone of his caliber in our town!

He is a caring doctor, my family loves him. He did Carpal Tunnel surgery on my hand,he explained what he was doing,made sure I was not in pain. He operated on my husband ,a year ago ,he asks how he is doing when I go in to see him. I think he is a Great doctor !!

Dr. Grothous is one of the BEST surgeons around the area. He specializes in upper extremities. Dr. Grothous was the first surgeon around the area that proved valuable information that using magets on certain medical situations is necessary and does work on a higher level.
