I had Cataract Surgery done on both eyes. The surgery was done drop less, a week apart. Objects are now a lot sharper and colors a lot more vivid than before. I am extremely happy with the results.

To be clear, this is not about Dr. Thompson himself, but his support staff. I recently went to my appointment, the first, for evaluation and was told because I did not yet have my Medicare supplement card that I would have to pay for the appointment out of pocket. The reason I did not have my card was it was sent to the wrong address. I had already been approved, just did not have a card. Through further research , I found out that my Medicare card was all I needed. I walked out of the clinic upset, because this is a very emotional surgery to have done, for me. I rescheduled elsewhere.

Dr Matthew Thompson did my catoract/mono vision surgery. I now have problems with vision with a mass of something that makes my eye unclear. I now drive with this eye closed and use only my other eye for driving.

My eyes are red, raw, swollen and getting worse. Urgent care 2 days ago recommended an ophthalmologist. It’s a weekend and now Christmas Eve. Clock Tower and Dr Thompson squeezed me in. Turns out I was allergic to the preservative in all my glaucoma eye drops as well as the preservatives in all the otc products used to alleviate the problem. Dr Thompson diagnosed the problem quickly. 24 hours without preservatives made a huge difference. At 48 hours, I almost have my eyes and my life back! Thank you Dr Thompson.

Everyone at this facility was welcoming even with the enormous amount of foot traffic in this office. No one tried to rush me. Dr. Thompson was very thorough and honest with me as far as what was going on with my eye in addition to the cataracts and surgery was performed yesterday, Oct. 1. Have had my post op and everything appears to be progressing as it should. My other eye will be operated on in a little less than a week.
