Been going to see Dr. Kaatz all my life! He’s an excellent doctor! He takes his time with his patients (which causes a long wait time) but I don’t mind since he is willing to take the time to talk about everything with me.

Long wait in waiting room!

An appointment at 4:00 should mean an appointment at 4:00. After 6:00 now and still waiting to be seen.

Please Dr. Kaatz, take time to find out the facts when reviewing medical history of a patient and actually discuss it with the patient instead of just taking things for granted of other doctors. I was referred to a surgeon that run various test and that never even physically examined me and put in a report that he thought i was just magnifying my issues. So i never returned to this doctor for help. I had these same test that this doctor ordered reviewed by two different specialist out of state and informed me that I needed surgery and knew were my pain was coming from, and explained to me that the doctor that ordered the test should have took time to view my test and discover my health issues and what could happen if I didn't use caution with my health at that time. So Please Dr Kattz don't act like someone is faking when they really need help and are in pain. If you seen this in my medical records you should have asked me about it and most of all reviewed that surgeons reviews inwhich are 90% negative. You can really affect someones life taking things for granted. Its not that I feel your a bad doctor . But find out what kind of service the patient has had when they do have some preexisting issues when they come to see you,and help them figure out what needs to be done to improve there health instead of brushing them off your shoulder . I dont enjoy going to doctors to start with, and would not be at one unless I was looking for answers about my health. Thanks,

I WANT TO TAKE THE TIME TO SAY HOW GRATEFUL AND BLESSED I FEEL TO HAVE DR. KAATZ AS MY DOCTOR AND ALL HIS STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONAL!!!! FROM THE TIME I ENTER THE FRONT DOOR UNTIL I LEAVE I'M IN EXCELLENT HANDS!!!! HE HAS BEEN TRULY A "LIFE SAVER" TO ME WITH ALL THE HEALTH ISSUES I HAVE INCURRED BECAUSE OF LYMES DISEASE. HE IS ALWAYS THERE WHEN I NEED HIM AND HE TRULY IS A MAN OF COMPASSION. HE TAKES TIME FOR ME AND LISTENS-I HAVE NOT FOUND THIS IN OTHER DOCTORS. I AM NOT UPSET IF IT TAKES AWHILE TO BE SEEN---HE IS TAKING TIME FOR OTHERS LIKE HE TAKES FOR ME. I NOW HAVE OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS SEEING DR. KAATZ AND I KNOW THEY ARE SEEEING THE BEST!!!! I LOVE DR. KAATZ AND HIS STAFF AND I WOULDN'T CHANGE THEM FOR THE WORLD!!!!!

Dr. Kaatz is one of the most caring and compassionate Doctors I have ever met. When my Husband failed a physical for a job-I suggested he go to my family doctor to get his Diabetes under control. He worked with my Husband and got his Diabetes under control in a months time. He personally called him with his blood work results and told him to call him whenever he needed him. He has been a wonderful and support Doctor for me since having to deal with Degenerative Arthritis and other health issues. He has each one of his patients interest at heart.

My only complaint with this office is the wait time, however, since the entire town would rather come to his office and wait than go to any of the other doctors, I can deal with it. We have been patients for almost ten years and he has been an absolute blessing. We both trust his vast knowledge, enjoy his delightful manner and love the heart and care that he shares with each of his patients. He has been with us through very difficult times and has always demonstrated the the qualities one would hope to find in a true friend, not just our doctor. We greatly appreciate Dr. Kaatz and his entire wonderful staff. I pray he will always remain our doctor.

Love Dr Kaatz!! Very professional and an exceptional physician. I really wouldn't ask for a better doctor. I highly recommend him. The only problem I've ever had is the long waiting times, but in the end was worth the wait.

I have been a patient of his for nearly 10 years. He cares, follows up and goes above and beyond. He works with you and is an advocate for your health. Remembers details about your personal life and will not quit until the problem is found. I have never felt more cared for and safe under a doctor's care. This man works hard. I do not care about the wait, because I know once he is with me, he will not leave until all of my problems are addressed. I am thankful he is my doctor and am so happy with him as well as his staff. Also has a great personality and sense of humor. Love him!

I think Dr.aatz is an exceptional dr.He is very concerned with his patients.His bedside manner goes above and beyond.The only flaw I can find is I was a patient of his for years and moved away.Now I have moved closer but have a W.Va. medical card and I cant see him under my insurance.I would love to have him back as my doctor.

wonderful doctor, caring doctor.Takes time to get to know his patients. Wouldn't change anything about him EXCEPT wait times. It is not unusual to wait an hour past your appointment. Maybe because he IS spending extra time listening.

I felt comfortable talking with him and we was so easy to talk to . He listened and told me other things to do with my diagnosis beside "he is a pill". I like that

I have never had a doctor that cares as much or goes the extra mile as much as this man does. So what if the wait is a little long, it is very much worth it because once you see him, he makes sure that all of your needs are addressed before he leaves. Our community is VERY fortunate to have a doctor like him.

Overall experience is great and mainly depends on how my day has went.There are times when the wait time is excessive but that is because he takes the time to make sure all of the patient's questions are answered.Dr. Kaatz is a very caring and wonderful doctor.
