Only go to this person if you're ok with the fact that he'll reject treating you if you know anything he doesn't. Never will be a great healer because of his toxic pride. A shame he makes so much money.

Only waited 5 minutes. He listened to me & looked at the medicines I had brought with me that other doctors had ordered for the fluid in my ears. He explained 2 of the medicines do not help fluid in ears &1 could. He was attentive, explained everything & took his time. Awesome doctor.

Dr. Arnot did a great job of walking me through the results of recent testing and putting together a plan for treatment. I felt heard and involved in my care and felt like he honored making good medical decisions balanced with my opinions/choices.

After 59 years, I finally have the most knowledgeable, Kind, caring and very skilled in his field with the tests he runs on his patients. Very impressive. He informed me of the symptoms I have which our like Syogrens Autoimmune Disease and described ways to improve on the dryness. I was constantly losing my voice and having laryngitis and he ran the needed test tests to determine, I needed a scope ran down my throat to see what's going on. I immediately got a referral to an amazing surgeon, and had a 5" haitel hernia repaired. Dr Arnott did discover a large boney spur which probably needed to be repaired, but it was going to be my call. Dr Arnot very up to date on the new medications and knew there was a free one year trial period and set me up. Very thankful for his kindness. Dr Arnot always walks to out to his medical clerk and makes sure I don't have any further questions. He's awesome. His group of amazing ladies are upbeat, professional and will move mountains to get iyou into Dr Arnott, because they care and don't want any patients to suffer. Absolutely no wait time either. Always a pleasure to hear the ladies kind words and support. This is the best ENT Specialist, I have had over 59 years. I am never changing, happy with them.

The nurse and Dr. Arnot were very kind and gentle with my niece and got us seen quickly.

Dr. Arnot did surgery a week ago and I must say he is a wonderful doctor. He is very informative which made me feel a ease. He told me exactly what to expect after surgery which helped tremendously. His nurse is so sweet to. When I did call with a question they called back quickly. A+++
