Dr. Meena and the staff are amazing. They work with you to get you to best the health you can be. They are very kind, patient, helpful, and accommodating. I am 52. After gaining a lot of weight due to career needs, my health, vitality and most importantly, my marriage was suffering. Dr. Meena Malhotra at Heal n Cure gave me a one hour appointment after I attended her free educational seminar about Hormone Therapy. I felt the office was very clean and the staff very professional, the phlebotomist was also on-site. On the next visit I was explained the results of the blood work. I have had my second Hormone treatment in about a year, and it has made a big difference in my energy, vitality and has put my life on track. Many thanks!

I heard of Heal n Cure from a friend of mine. A weight loss program that is covered by insurance! I thought it was great so I gave it a chance. From the first time I went there I liked the staff and enjoyed listening to Dr. Malhotra talk about nutrition. At that time I had one child and had some pounds I needed to lose. In a matter of a month I was able to be back at my pre baby weight and looked even better. I felt amazing. A year later I got pregnant with my second baby and gained even more than what I gained with my first one but I was not worried because I knew I would go back to healncure and lose the weight. I went back to Heal n Cure but not only as a weight management patient but decided to make Dr. Malhotra my Primary Care Physician (PCP) because I love how she thinks outside the box. Now I am in the process of losing all the second baby weight and I am already more than halfway there in just 2 months. I feel great, I have lots of energy (even with a 2 months old baby and a toddler, lol). The best part is that several people have told me "you don't look like you just a baby". I truly recommend heal n cure to all persons that need to lose weight and or would like a PCP that not only practices western medicine but holistic medicine as well.

I love Dr Malhotra.  She listens to what you say like you are her only patient.  I did her New You program and feel so much better.  I lost weight   my hormones are finally balanced.  I am retired and I was thinking of moving out of Illinois.  But after the care I got at Heal n Cure I changed  my mind.  My husband said "you can't lose this doctor  she is the only one that has helped you ". After trying many diets and considering lap-band surgery. A friend referred me to Dr. Meena Malhotra. I have already lost 32.5 lbs. in 3 months. Seems like this is the program I was looking for. The encouragement of staff and the detailed education have made a difference. Do not give up on your dreams. Give them a try.

Agree with all bad reviews on here. She talks nice but absolutely unprofessional, misleading and cares only about money! She was convincing me to start one of her programms for weight loss while I am 5'7 120 lb, seriously?! She says one thing but does another. Stay away from her office!!!

These reviews are spot on . It's pushing product after product for my " puffy fat cells" I've gone a few times and the three times I went there was new staff each time and the old were gone...Within months. That alone should tell you something. Malhotra had me wait an hour and spent 3 minutes with me writing a list of things I should buy. Such a shame I have to at least click one star in order to send review because if I could each category would have 0 stars.

Finally a dr. who spends real time with me and who gets it right. I have lost over 60 pounds in a year with Dr. Malhotra. She spends as much time with me as I need. This is the first Dr. who has really found out what caused my weight issues and what I need to do about it. She has NEVER pressured me to buy anything. She had found other places I could find products a lesser price. She has always been kind a supportive. Her staff is always kind and polite. Renee runs the front desk and she is the best. When I didn't want the shake anymore she designed my diet around food that was all my own. I don't know what people are taking about. You need to work with the dr. and tell her what you want to be successful. She is there to help you.

uneducated staff, inaccurate diagnosis, no bedside manner, wanted me to spend $400 in vitamins they had in the office.

My wife almost died after being in this doctors care! This dr.malhotra relentlessly pushed my wife to take all these different vitamins and medications that she went into liver and kidney failure! We had to goto mayo clinic to find out how someone so healthy could all of a sudden be on her death bed and it was confirmed that that combination of different medications and supplements without proper blood testing of levels (which were found to be at PANIC TOXIC Values!!), was 100% to blame for this. Please everybody ,take all of these horrid reviews into consideration and truly believe them. This has been a terrible and horrifying experience for my family and I,all because a "doctor" is more interested in making money and selling products then the actual health of her patients.

I went in for a consultation and I was taken aback by how rude the staff was. I was not greeted when I walked in because the girl at the front desk was too busy texting on her cell phone. When she found out I was 45 minutes early she told me I should leave and come back, I told her I didn't mind waiting and she rolled her eyes and told me to sit down. I overheard some of the girls talking and they were talking about inappropriate things that should not be overheard by patients. After waiting until my appomtment time, listening to talk about sex drugs and partying by the staff, i waited another 40 minutes because they were running behing. I nicely asked the staff how much longer they thought it would be and i was told to sit down and read a magazine that she would get me when she was ready for me. I actually ended up leaving and not going for my consult because I just couldn't take it anymore.

I will not recommend this doctor. Her office is so disorganized and you don't get to talk to the doctor at all when there's concern. You only get to talk to her receptionist. This doctor is very rude and seems not to care with her patient but collect money. Will not recommend at all.

I have struggled with weight for many years now and a friend referred me to malhotra. To date I have lost 60 pounds and it's because of this doctor and a lot of hard work! Years of eating fatty foods and crappy processed foods took a toll on my liver and overall health. After labwork was done it showed my liver was working overtime trying to process all the unhealthy crap I had been eating for years and at only 40 years old my arteries were showing signs of being in danger. The numbers don't lie. By the way, did I mention I had been running several times a week and was still feeling tired, depressed, and run down? All that changed after seeing this doctor. I have never had a bad experience with any staff member. She spends almost an hour with me each time I see her and I've never felt that she tried to "push" anything on me to make money. In fact she offered ways and places to order the vitamins I needed at cheaper rates than her office sells. You can't go to an internist and expect her to find out what's wrong without ordering labwork! My friend who initially referred me has lost over 85 pounds and at least five other coworkers have gone to see her, all with success. However, you can't expect it to be easy and you have to be willing to work hard not only through exercise but also changing the way you look at how food should be fueling your body! I don't know what all these other negative reviewers are thinking but my suggestion would be if you're serious about changing your health and well being, go meet her for yourself and then make a decision. Frankly, I owe her my life.

This doctor is very uncaring and no bedside manner. I went in one day,just to get on a vitamin regamine for over all health. That's when she tried to sell me all the crazy scam device they have to offer. She said my medical problems were due to unhealthy fat cells? Oh , that's funny because I'm recovering from anorexia, and have almost no body fat, in fact I should be gaining weight ! When I told her that ,she told me "it's all in your head, once your fat cells are cleansed you will be back to normal"I was astonished! I have been recovering for a year now,after almost dying from weighing about 75 lbs. anyways I think you get the idea ! Staff and uneducated medical assistants very unhelpful.
