Dr. Sharma has been my endocrinologist for many years now, and I just love her bedside manner, her thoroughness in developing the best course of treatment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sharma for several years. She has always been professional and personable with me. She tells me what I need to do; I ignore it. She tells me again; I ignore it. She tells me again,,,I listen and do. All is GOOD. She is GREAT!!!

Dr. Sharma is an excellent practitioner and very professional. She is thorough and tough in that she does not tolerate excuses. She is honest, forthright and the type of physican one needs if you truly wish to improve your health.

It is tragic that such a good doctor is followed up by such a poor management staff. I have been trying to resolve a billing error with her staff for over a year now. I was improperly billed (per Dr. Sharma) and I have been unsuccessful in getting her staff to honor her orders and have a collection agency hounding me for services that were improperly billed to me in the first place. I am so frustrated with the lack of assistance, follow through, and care from her staff that I am leaving her practice. It is a shame, because Dr. Sharma is an exceptional endocrinologist, but I'd much rather find a run of the mill doctor who runs an efficient, effective management and customer-service centered operation.
