Dr. Meghan Irene Morrow

When I called for an appointment, I was told that the consultation with Dr. Morrow was complimentary. I drove from downtown Chicago to Glenview to see her. When I arrived, I was told that she had a personal appointment and that they called me about a half hour prior to the appointment to reschedule. They said I could still see her but she does not have much time. When the doctor came into the room, she said that she had a personal appointment outside of the building. The visit was rushed. Then, they billed my insurance providers for the appointment which I was told was complimentary. When I called the billing department, she said that she always charges for consultations and does not know who would have told me that. She refused to investigate or remove the charge. I saw other MOHS surgeons for consultations and no one charged a fee. She and this office provided the least information and professionalism.

Dr. Morrow Found a Cancer mole on my next and removed it. No pain and very little scare. She is very pleasant to talk to, explains everything so I understand it. I just had a check up, but had to see a different Dr. , told me doctor Morrow is only doing surgery now. A little disappointed.
