Dr. Michael Andrew Campbell, MD

Dr. Campbell has the perfect combination of experience, kindness, confidence and excellence. He used one of his seldom days off to perform emergency surgery on me. I am still actively recovering and seeing Dr. Campbell - I have never felt alone during this and actually look forward to my visits.

I would not recommend this Doctor for any reason worst Doctor I have ever been to! Did not explain anything does not give a diagnosis and mocks you when you are in pain! Do not go here!

I was referred to Dr. Campbell by Dr. Shall who initially took care of me in the hospital as an emergency patient. I had a compound fracture and totally dislocated ankle. Dr. Shall did the best he could but I needed more extensive surgery for my injury to heal. Dr. Campbell is very knowledgeable in this field. He was very informative as to what was to be done. He is very polite and willing to answer any questions you may have. I would refer anyone one to him for any ankle problems.

I initially went to see Dr. Campbell for an ongoing issue that had not been resolved by my previous doctor. As I was stating what my issues were, Dr. Campbell immediately started asking questions that made me feel like he completely understood what was going on with my foot/ankle. He listened to me, took x-rays, and discussed a course of action. He was thorough in his treatment approach trying all options before suggesting surgery. Due to the nature of my injury/condition I needed to have surgery. Dr. Campbell and his staff were very informative about the process and the procedure and what I could expect immediately after surgery and long term. I was impressed with his knowledge of my condition and his treatment plan. I am pleased with the outcome and with my care during the entire process. I have recommended Dr. Campbell to several of my friends and will continue to do so. The best thing I can say about this whole process is, if I had to do it over again, I would, as long as Dr. Campbell was my doctor. Every time I needed to speak to him or his staff and left a message it was returned within a few hours. The entire staff was always friendly, helpful and professional.

Dr. Campbell was attentive to every question I had and made recommendations that I was comfortable with. He explained every facet of my surgery and I actually understood the procedure completely.

Dr. Campbell preformed bunion surgery on my left foot. I have a beautiful result and within 6 months I am already back in my low heels doing anything and everything prior to my bunion. Excellant bedside manner, very professional, knowledgeable physician that uses cutting edge procedures to perfection.

I was unlucky when I slipped on the stairs and broke my toe. However, I feel lucky to have Dr. Michael A. Campbell as my orthopaedic doctor/surgeon. Dr. Campbell has always treated me with respect, care, and a priority as his patient.(Which is so important, especially when you are hurt.) Dr .Campbell takes the time to listen to my concerns, answers my questions honestly, and has always treated me with kindness. I have had a lot of doctors over the years, and he is the best doctor I have ever had and by far my favorite. I think he is an amazing doctor, who I have the utmost respect for, and he gets my highest recommendation.

This is the experience you want from a medical provider. Dr. Campbell not only possessed the experience and technical skills required, he also cared about, understood and addressed all of my concerns. In addition, he proactively brought things to my attention that I might be concerned about and provided helpful information and options so that I could make informed decisions. The entire process was positive, from the initial exam through the final post-op appointment. I knew exactly what to expect so was I prepared for each event and phase of the process. No surprises. I did not hesitate to have recommend him to a colleague.

There are not enough stars for dr Campbell

I wrote a negative review of Dr. Campbell that I now regret and I have been trying to find a way to remove it. Normally I get all the facts before I react but because of the pain and the long waiting period I felt it had to be him. However my PCP was negligent in getting him copies of the testhe needed which started the delay. I could've been more careful too and maybe it all could've been avoided.

Dr. Campbell performed ankle surgery on our daughter who broke her ankle. He really put us at ease from the moment we met and really eased our daughter's fears about the surgery and recovery. He reassured us that he treats his patients like he would want his own family to be treated....that feeling resonated with our initial visit through surgery! He took his time to talk about the surgery, show us xrays, and answer any questions. As a medical professional who works with many doctors, it is always a breath of fresh air to meet a doctor who is compassionate, respectful, and truly abides by the cardinal rule of treating others the way you want to be treated!! Our daughter is in week 2 of her post-op period and is doing fantastic! The incision is barely noticeable minus the glue;))) Highly recommend Dr. Campbell and will definetly recommend him to our family & friends.

he saved my left foot

Dr Campbell performed surgery on my injured ankle. The ankle had residual damage from a fracture that had been treated but had healed improperly. When I first came in to see Dr Campbell I could hardly walk due to severe pain and stiffness in my leg. I was using pain medication daily. The surgery was a huge success. Now the pain level is drastically reduced and I can walk normally and be physically active again. I rarely need to use pain medication. Dr. Campbell knew exactly what to do and his treatment resulted in a major improvement in my quality of life.

Wonderful and professional! I had a severe heel fx and with Dr. Campbell expertise, I was fixed! From the first moments of meeting Dr. Campbell, I felt he truly knew what he was doing, and I knew I would be OK. My surgery was successful and because I listened to my instructions from Dr. Campbell, I am now A-OK! I was able to travel to Panama to climb mountains and swim in rivers. Thanks so much!!

Dr. Campbell kindly saw me for an urgent appointment after I broke my ankle. Even though it was at the end of the day, he spent plenty of time with me, evaluating me, reassuring me, and educating me about the surgery I would need. His staff was lovely and very helpful, even straightening out last minute insurance arrangements. His assistant, Katie, always returned my calls promptly after discussing my questions with Dr.Campbell. The surgery went smoothly. My experience in the hospital was very good. My recovery has been excellent. I was in very capable hands with Dr. Campbell. He took excellent care of me, and his surgical skills are amazing, as my recovery has been smooth, successful, and on time!

Dr.Cambell and his staff were extremely caring and professional when I came to them with my health concerns. They treated me with compassion as well as understanding for my situation. Dr. Cambell is very knowledgable and his expertise became apparent with my full recovery following my surgery. I will, and have already, highly recommended Dr. Cambell and his team to anyone in need of orthopedic care.
